Twisted Vines – Tiny Home Getaway Near Watauga Lake, Summer Adventure Awaits

We absolutely LOVED Twisted Vines Cabin! We happened to be visiting Butler, TN during the winter storm that just occurred, so our visit was cut a little short, but the cabin was just perfect! Cozy and comfortable, and extremely clean! It is a perfect getaway spot, and we hope to visit again when we can experience better weather!

We absolutely loved this cabin! There was plenty of space for three adults and our two large dogs, which made the stay very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful—responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic cabin experience, this is the perfect place. We’re already looking forward to returning!

I'm a contractor. I stayed here for a almost a week. I couldn't have been more impressed with the overall value. It's a lot bigger than you think it will be inside. It has everything you need. It's like someone lived there for 10 years, upgraded everything meticulously, had every cabinet filled with essentials and even some nice extras, then moved out all the sudden. Book it and Enjoy.

Nice cabin with everything we needed. It's right off the highway with no real yard space, but that was perfect for us because we used it as our home base for the area. The host was responsive to any questions that we had and checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

Home was immaculately clean. Unfortunately they are not mindful of the moldy bedroom and shower area downstairs. If you are at all sensitive to mold steer clear. It smells bad down there. Husband and I arrived late with no other options so we slept upstairs on the couch and makeshift bed on the floor. They need a better dehumidifier - get rid of any carpeting - redo the tiny shower area. Also surprised it was right off a major road. - The good part was the well stocked kitchen and nice updated appliances. No dust. It was definitely clean. It just has mold issues that need to addressed. (The towels Stink bad of mold in the bathroom too.) Too bad because there was a nice big bed downstairs.

It was an amazing little getaway and we were quite surprised at the layout of the rooms. What I expected was to turn the corner and find a little room to sleep in. Instead i was greeted to a staircase that led to a huge bedroom. It was an enjoyable weekend and look forward to staying again in the future!

Check-in was very easy. The house was warm and cozy for my arrival. Everything was cleaned as well. It was the most perfect way to spend Christmas. I will be coming back!

It was a great experience perfect location

Very quiet place to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The cabin is nice and clean. Bathroom is very small, needs to be enlarged. Hosts are very friendly. Some of the area is still under clean up from the flood. I would recommend this cabin

Was a short stay but beautiful place and very clean!! Great relaxing place!! Close to everything you need and not far off highway!

We stayed here during the NASCAR race in Bristol and loved the location, the peacefulness and the communication with the owners. They made the check in process so simple and easy and thought of everything we would need during our stay. Very clean!

I was there for a getaway to see my family and this was the perfect spot. Nice quite clean and oh so wonderful. Absolutely amazing and would recommend 100 times over !!!

Awesome property.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and communicative. Everything we needed was there and it was super convenient to the lake. The bathroom and bedroom are downstairs, so be aware of that if you have any physical conditions that would make it a problem. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Property was just as advertised. Easy check in, very nice little cabin. Would stay again sometime.

This was a great property. The property owners were great, the deck was nice, the cabin was adorable with great amenities and the little extras like spices and waters in the fridge were a nice touch.
