Waterfront Watauga Lake Home w/ Private Dock!

The house was amazing! It truly had everything we needed for our stay! There were 8 adults and 4 kids that came to celebrate new years and it was such a great trip. The house was very clean and decorated so nicely. I wish there was a bit more seating in the living area, and some beds could use a foam topper but those are minimal suggestions! We would definitely stay again!

We come to this lake and stay here for the last 10 years. This property never fails! Always a favorite! The location and the house is truly fully stocked!So wonderful!

Beautiful property. Spacious bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating areas - covered and uncovered. We enjoyed having meals outdoors on the deck, a fire in the firepit and relaxing in the living room. A great place for our group of 3 couples.

This lake house was very clean and had so much to offer. We will definitely be staying again. The kitchen had the essentials for cooking our meals. There is towels for the lake which was nice so you don't have to pack extras. Highly recommend this place!!

The kids and the adults loved the cabin. Everything was clean and cozy, and everything we needed was there. Woulf absolutely stay here again

The first 5 days were great. The advance rains from Hurricane Helene started Monday and progressed through the week. We had to change plans daily and we were all but cabin-bound by mid-week. I purchased a trip insurance policy through the company you recommended and filed a claim. It has been 8 days and I have not had any response, other than claim submitted. There is no contact info or person to call. Very disappointing.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights while attending my nieces wedding. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with anything we needed during our stay. We really enjoyed the lake views and the kids had a great time with the kayaks on the lake. Getting around was a little stressful as we didn’t have good cell service and basically no navigation. Other than that it’s a great house in a beautiful location and I would definitely stay there again next time we visit East TN.

This house has everything you could need for a Great Lake house stay. We enjoyed the stocked kitchen, the lake amenities and watercraft, the beds were cozy and in general had a great time. I’d say the weirdest part is the property rental company-answers to questions feel more like AI rather than real people, but in general at least my questions got answered. We plan to rent this place again!! Such a great time!

This cabin and property was absolutely beautiful! The cabin was very well stocked. The view was fantastic! The only issue that we came across was the steepness of the walkway. A handrail would have made this much easier on getting to and from the lake. A member of our family has leg issues and it was a bit difficult for them walking up or down the steep sidewalk. Overall we had an amazing week at the cabin on the lake! We would love to stay here again!

This cabin was a true bliss . The best stocked rental we’ve ever rented . They had everything you could possibly need and then some . A truly great place for fun and relaxation. We hope to rent this property again in the future .

Beautiful, boat dock was perfect for us to bring our boat and jet ski down. View is gorgeous, relaxing and so peaceful.

The cabin was very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a stay, especially the kitchen. The rooms are very spacious so we didn’t feel we were crowded at all. Being right on the lake was great for activities. Deb, our guest contact responded very quickly to the couple of questions we had and the cabin was extremely clean. We would highly recommend this cabin.
