The apartment is close to the South Waterfront, several parks, and nearby shopping centers and restaurants. It is practically downtown, yet situated on a quiet street with no outlet. Bring your bike and store it safely on your private deck. brbrThis spacious, cozy home-away-from-home is completely furnished with very comfortable beds, including a sleeper sofa. There are lovely vaulted ceilings and the kitchen has just about everything you'd need to cook all your meals. The surroundings are park like, with trees providing shade in the summer. In winter, when leaves are off the trees, there's a view through to the Willamette River. Comfortable outdoor chairs on the deck invite you to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. It feels special when you are in the space. This very unique design has the main living space sunken for a real feel of the outdoors. The heated concrete floors automatically come on for comfort on cooler nights. Another favorite is the bathroom which includes a rain/massage shower head and a skylight for natural light. The automatic ventilation system comes on when you are taking a shower and the tile floor is heated. PLUS, the kitchen is fabulous!
