Stayed Dec 25, 2024The house was as described, except that the description does not mention the basement apartment, which was occupied when we arrived. This should be included in the information provided to guests as it might affect their stay. Also, many of the games shown in the ad (pingpong, foosball, etc) are in an unheated garage, which would be fine in the summer but is uncomfortable during the winter. Otherwise, though, this is a large and well furnished home, near a lovely park, and there is plenty of room for a family or other group traveling together. Most importantly, the host was extremely responsive to our communications and was very friendly, which we appreciated.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We really enjoyed this property. We had one issue with the Internet and the owner had it taken care of within minutes. Everything was tidy and clean and as advertised. Maybe for other families, we’d recommend bringing some of your own boardgames, but otherwise absolutely nothing to suggest.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024This home is just as described in the listing. It is very large with plenty of room. Comfortable furnishings and the kitchen has all the appliances you need. The hot tub was clean and easy to use and we really enjoyed the large deck in the backyard.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We were attending a wedding in Portland and so the location was perfect for the whole family. We stayed an extra week to see Portland. House was roomy, lots of space for everyone, well equipped, and Yuriy was a great host, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The hot tub, pool table, ping-pong, and foosball were great fun for everyone!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023We usually stay in Sunriver but had to adjust this year. I was pleasantly surprised by the house especially in the area of town it was on. Plenty of room and lots of amenities . As it was Christmas, I asked that it be decorated and it was . That was a wonderful touch. If you have a large group and need room, this is the house to book.

Stayed Aug 3, 2023Overall a good value and nice house with plenty of room and amenities. Host was very responsive. The only item we noticed was the location is within a few miles of some homeless areas, but there were no real negative interactions so not too big of a deal.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022House was amazing, we had 17 people in our group and the house fit all our needs and expectations. Having the pool table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball were wonderdul for all of us. Would definitely recommend this property. One side note, google maps will try and send you to the wrong side of the property, that was the only problem anyone had and it has NOTHING to do with the hosts, just want to be helpful to future renters getting there. Thank you to our hosts for an amazing stay.
