This bright and secluded apartment is fully furnished and has a private, separate entrance. The bathroom and kitchenette are downstairs. Upstairs is the main living area with a queen bed, loveseat, and a table and chairs. Windows on all 4 sides with a view of the ocean out the west. Cathedral ceilings and very private on a quiet corner. Feels like you are in a tree house. WiFi included.brbrThe space:brCypress Cottage sits on a peaceful corner with freshly paved new roads. The house has cedar shingles, white trim, and bright turquoise doors. A spectacular 100+ year old Spanish Cypress adorns the corner of the property.br brAfter you enter the numerical code to the front door, you will first enter into the bright and cheery Welcoming Utility Room. Have a seat, take your coat and shoes off, relax, and begin your vacation. On the table there is a basket of brochures and ideas for fun things to do in the area. The other basket has beach chairs, yoga mat, foam roller, and some yoga blocks. brDirectly across from the front door is your entrance to the apartment. You enter into the fully stocked kitchenette with the bathroom off to the right side. To your left are the stairs that lead to the living space with cathedral ceilings, windows on all 4 sides, queen size bed, loveseat, coffee table (that can lift up and becomes a computer/office working station), reading light, Smart Tv with Roku and a fully articulating arm. In the closet you will find hangers and built in shelves, extra pillows, blankets, and comforter, weighted blanket, full length mirror, TV tables, tower fan, iron/board, and vacuum. brbrEnjoy the ambience of the salt lamp, wall sconces, and diffuser supplied with dōTERRA essential oils.brbr*Note: There is no water upstairs. The bathroom and kitchenette are on the first floor.brbrGuest access:brParking is abundant and free in my neighborhood. You have a designated parking space in the driveway directly in front of the apartment. Please be careful when parking and do not hit the potted flowers in front of the house. There is actually 22 feet of driveway from the flower pots to the street: 17 feet of driveway and another 5 feet to the freshly paved single lane road. Plenty of space for your car/truck/SUV. br*If you require more parking spaces, please just let me know. There is an extra parking space next to my escallonia hedges.br brYou can walk or ride your bike to the beach and all around town. Almost everything is within a 5 minute car drive-grocery store, the Bayfront, movie theater, Newport Aquarium, Yaquina Lighthouse, etc. Quaint Nye Beach is a short stroll away where you can find cafes, restaurants, shops, a sweet mini market, and the OCEAN...mmmmmbrbrThe PNW is where the woods meet the sea. Stunning hikes with views that can take your breath away. To access all of these incredible hikes, download the app 'All Trails' and have fun adventuring. brbrMy favorite hidden path to the beach (Sam Moore Parkway) is right around the corner from Cypress Cottage. It is a tree lined path that parallels Nye Creek. The path begins on Nye Street across from the Betty Wheeler Baseball fields and ends at the Sam Moore Parkway playground. From there you are a 1/2 block to Nye Beach shops and the ocean. brbrOther things to note:brA little about me: I am a Certified Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Wellness Advocate. I wanted to create a bright, tranquil, and beautiful space to offer to my guests here at Cypress Cottage. I believe in health and wellness and that extends to the all natural hand wash, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, diffuser and essential oils, dish soap, and cleaning supplies....all of which are completely natural, pure, and non-toxic.brbrPETS:brI am an animal lover! I am blessed to be a companion to two sweet kitties, Willard and Fluffy Joe, who will most likely come up to greet you at some point during your stay. Because of my companions, that there is no access to the yard, and the apartment is not set up for animals, NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. There is a $500/night extra charge for any pets brought onto the property.
