Perfect location to enjoy Newport.

Had a great time celebrating our 20th anniversary. We loved the location right in the middle of everything and spent a lot of time enjoying our bayfront view either on the balcony or in the jacuzzi tub. No sea lions currently due to migration, so was pretty quiet.

This was a very fun location. You can see the sea lions, and youre smack dab in the middle of the downtown bay area. The room is cute, stylish, the bed is on the harder side, but thats ok! The pins worked smoothly, and it was a great experience.

Clean, simple, beautiful view, exactly what we needed for a couple nights in Newport!

The stairs were to steep for us seniors to climb. The room was nicely decorated but wasn't very comfortable. This is a place for young people and should be listed as such. We cut our stay short because of these issues.

We only stayed here a few days of our trip but wish we booked here our entire stay.This place is loaded with everything you need.We will book here every time we come back

From the start to the end, my visit to this property was lovely. I contacted the management company to help me enter the property. The person I spoke with was wonderful and got me into the property with ease. Upon entering the room, I knew my stay would be great. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. (I stayed in the exact room several years ago and was pleased to say my expectations were met!) The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi tub, relaxing and the view of the bay was spectacular! I did not have any problems with barking sea lions as they were all gone to California for mating! (on my previous visit, they were barking, but I did not mind). Pay attention to parking. You will have to pay for parking during the day on the street. (after 7 pm -11 am, street parking is free) There is free parking up the tiny hill by the bar across the street during the day. I would recommend, if you are not planning on using your car, to move your car before 7 am to the free lot for the day. If you do use your car, be prepared to pay a small fee for street parking. The shops and restaurants are plentiful. I loved Clearwater and Local Ocean. Most places are walkable, even across the bridge to the Aquarium, Hatfield, and Rouge. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay.

Love love love. Sea Lions aren’t too bad. Worth it for the tub and the location. Would recommend.

We loved our stay in the heart of Newport bay. The rental was as described. Lovely place close to everything. The jacuzzi bath tub made our stay even more relaxing. We enjoyed be surrounded be the sites and sounds of the very active bay. The sea lions barked 24 hours a day, so this might not be the best place to stay if you’re sensitive to noise. We had a great time and loved this cozy little spot.

My husband and I had fun staying here. It is very close to food/bar and fun place to people watch.
