Fantastic property location and clean and modern interior including the chef’s kitchen! This is truly a Newport Gem!

The host, Colleen, graciously shares her wonderful home in Newport. The views are fantastic, the amenities plentiful and the proximity to excellent restaurants/things to do are what makes this a special get away. Her communications are courteous and timely. We loved it!

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay! The view from the condo is lovely, and the space itself is comfortable, well-stocked, and nicely updated. Although the weather was rainy, enjoying a cozy fire while taking in the view of the bay and bridge was perfect. If only our stay could have been longer—hopefully we’ll be back!

This property was well stocked with all the things you would have at home- dishes, pans, towels, blankets- everything! Beautiful view of the bay and bridge. Easy access to walking trail and close to the marina for fishing and crabbing. We enjoyed our time there and would choose this place again.

I can’t sing enough praises about this home and Colleen, the owner. She has at least two of everything imaginable in the gourmet kitchen. The bedroom arrangement is perfect for two couples. One comfortable bedroom with en-suite bath is upstairs and the other downstairs with a full bath and private sitting area. The living and dining spaces are comfortable, cozy, well designed and welcoming. It is impeccably clean, the view is to die for. This was the 4th time we’ve stayed in Colleen’s home and have already booked for next year. This home is a gem on the Oregon Coast.

Check in was easy. Colleen graciously allowed us to check in early as we were travelling from out of town and arrived sooner than expected. Bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked. View of the bridge from the livingroom is very cool. We happened to catch a foggy sunset and I captured some good photos of the bridge from the back balcony. House is roomy and comfortable.

We enjoyed three nights at this beautiful home overlooking Yaquina Bay and the bridge. This is a great spot to watch birds in the bay from inside. It was our second visit, and we will be back!

My family was born and raised in Newport and this property is like coming home. The communication is amazing and the property is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked better than my own with everything you could ever imagine. Everything about it is comfortable you can tell the owners take great pride in their home.

This delightful home features expansive views of the Yaquina River and the Yaquina Bay bridge and is an excellent place to enjoy all Newport offers. The kitchen is well-equipped with lots of working space, the living room is comfortably furnished, the master bathroom floors are heated, and you can park in the garage.We found it easy to communicate with the owner and look forward to our next visit!

This is the second year my daughter and I used this amazing location as our “base camp” while participating in the Newport New Year Resolution Run. Once again it did not disappoint. It was very clean, organized and just plain comfortable. Plus, being able to just sit and watch the sea life and boats coming and going along the jetty was so relaxing. I would highly recommend it for anyone who just wants to get away and relax.

Whatever your reason for visiting Newport, this spot will check all the boxes. Views, relaxation, culinary therapy, peaceful sleeping, quiet time reading or playing games - this condo has it. Impeccably decorated and appointed, you will feel instantly at home and relaxed here. A short, easy and flat walk to the beach is icing on the cake.

You won’t need anything else because this host has thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked well enough that a professional chef would be happy. There are puzzles, cards, movies to entertain any age the location is perfect. And the place is the cleanest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. We wanted just a few days away from home and actually had to force ourselves out of this lovely place to explore!

From changing original travel plans to checkin & checkout host was great! Colleen & her property was nothing but a first class experience! Jad

This property is fantastic. Everything is as advertised. We enjoyed our week long stay. Sitting at the kitchen table watching the fishing boats come and go while drinking our coffee was very relaxing and entertaining. Harbor seals, sea lions, pelicans and the cormorants were also part of the entertainment. The bikes were a bonus treat as we went on several rides taking advantage of the many paved bike trails next to the property. The house itself is fantastic. As stated by many before, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. The beds were comfortable and the views are second to none. We will definitely have to return.

Had a great stay in Newport. House was walking distance to aquarium and brewery. Home was very clean and we had excellent communication with owner. Had some issues with our original dates and owner was very flexible to our needs. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice place with a beautiful view of the bridge

This was the third time we’ve stayed in Colleen’s amazing unit and we’ve already booked our fourth stay. With one bedroom and bath on each floor, two couples or a family with kids have all the privacy needed. The kitchen is equipped with at least 2 of everything you could possibly need. My chef husband is jealous and loves cooking for us there. The beds are very comfortable, the sitting area well thought out, the dining space will easily seat six and it all comes with a view to die for. Book this unit. You will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for a beautiful condo with an amazing view of Yaquina Bay and bridge, look no further! This condo was furnished with EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy a couple of relaxing days on the Oregon Coast. This is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in.

The property is lovely, clean, well designed for guests. Our adult daughter had her own lower level bedroom and bath. Kitchen is well stocked with beautiful appliances, matched only by the exquisite views of the bay and bridge. After dark is magic. Just a 5-minute drive to the ocean at fabulous South Beach and only a few minutes further to Ona Beach, a hidden gem. And, of course, Colleen, the wonderful, friendly, communicative, and extremely helpful owner who made our stay a delight.

We came to visit family who lives in the RV park behind Rogue Nation. Colleen was very communicative with me and all my questions were answered with the instructions sheet she provided. The home is spacious and the pictures don’t do it justice! We will be back!

This condo is amazing. We stayed for one week and it was very comfortable for 5 adults. The view, location and proximity to bay & ocean incredible! The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. The unit was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen. We will definitely be referring to friends & family!

We meet our Oregon-based son in Newport each summer. We have our favorite eating places and added a new one this year. The condo was convenient, beautifully appointed and in perfect condition. We appreciated the attention to detail and the decorating. The view was special and sitting in the downstairs sitting area was our favorite part of our time there.

I stopped giving 5 stars years ago, unless a property really, truly, 100% deserves it ... and I'm happy to say, this one does. It's roomy, stylish, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and fully stocked with every kitchen utensil/tool imaginable. The icing on the cake is the great view combined with the privacy of one bedroom on each floor, situated at opposite ends of the house. (I visited with my adult son who is a night owl to my early bird, with zero issues.) Honestly, I almost never consider staying at the same place twice, but for this lovely home I'd absolutely make an exception.
