Charming Studio with Kitchenette has Bayfront Deck Overlooking Newports Harbor!

Perfect view, easy to follow directions for check-in (as long as you can see the checkmark, which is low on the keypad), and the room was pleasant (could use a softer chair..). My first night I walked down Bay Street and had one of the finest Bacon Cheeseburger ever at the Rogue with a Dead Guy Pilsner. The next night I danced for hours at The Bay Haven, and the next morning a great breakfast at the Barge zinn right across the street. Wonderful 3 days!

When we entered the apt, there was a piece of chewed gum on the floor, was not smashed and easily picked up with paper towel. Location is great. The furniture layout is weird, spent the first night rearranging in my head to make more functional. Had a coffee maker, coffee lids and cardboard hand sleeves, no cups. No seals on the seal deck, noise not an issues. Slept with patio door open as there is no AC and it is hot in the apartment. Bed was comfortable, but a small queen. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare between 10 and 5. Overall, had a good stay.

Everthing we expected and more. Location, cleanliness, attention to detail in the decor

We checked in an hour after check in time. Dirty towels on the floor. Someone had peed in the toilet and didn't fluse. Bed looked like someone just gotten up and threw the blankets across the bed. Really soured our plan to stay there. We decided not to stay. Don't recommend this place to anyone. I asked for a refund but haven't gotten a response.

Enjoyed being in walking distance of food and Coffee. Wonderful room that was cozy and welcoming.

Absolutely amazing view, weather and crabbing. Definitely can’t wait to go back and stay there again. The bed was comfortable, room decor was spot on for the coast. Central location for great shopping, food and watching the boats

Sitting and drinking wine with a view over the bayfront sold us both! Amazing location on historic bayfront in Newport and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable with the basic amenities you’d need. Two bonuses we found were the ice machine and washer dryer in the hall. So you are able to fill the cooler for your adventurous trip daily or wash your clothes at the end of the adventure. People made us think that the sea lions were going to be loud but that wasn’t the case until day time. At night most of them leave the dock to go hunt. But when the sun comes up they come back to the docks. But the room supplies you with ear plugs and a sound machine. We didn’t need either but it’s there is you need it. Will be back to stay in one of the other rooms just to check out the difference!

I really liked the location and view. Fair warning, it's really close to the pier where the seals hangout and they don't stop all night but it didn't bother us. Walking distance to everything.

It was a great place. Overlooks bay and sea lions are right outside. Room was good except the temperature stayed at 83-87 degrees during the day. Tried to get them to turn off the pilot light for heater but no maintenance at all came to check it out. Just know for the price you pay to stay there they do not clean your room daily so you have to wash your own towels if you want clean ones and you have to take out your own garbage. There is no kitchen it is just a microwave. If you have any problems good luck at getting them fixed the property people do not care about you. They are just in it for the money. You would think charging like a 5 star place they would take care of you better but not them.
