Ocean Front Condo, View of Lighthouse, Walk to Everything, Nye Beach!

This place is fantastic, with an amazing location.

Loved this condo and the location!! It’s a corner unit so you get extra views of the beach and ocean. The condo was clean. We enjoyed walking everywhere we wanted to go. I would stay here again!

Beach view was fabulous. The living room furniture was the opposite of that. Very uncomfortable. Don't like small tables or high ones. I'm old fashioned I guess. I understand the table is so that the crummy living room furniture fits. Overall would only revisit this site if it had better furniture. Also the bed was hard. Hard beds don't get along with my body.

Was lovely! Big storm was fun to watch while warm inside on the lounge chairs! Will definitely utilize this rental again!

Views were great, as well as the weather. Could not have picked better days to be at the beach. The television service was less than desirable as the tv would buffer every 10 minutes or so. Wife has some mobility issues so access to the beach was challenging. Condo was well equipped.

Fantastic property! The view from the front and side windows could not be beat. Every minute spent in the living room and kitchen was filled with the sites and sounds of the ocean. Two bathrooms made getting ready to see the sites quicker. The kitchen was well equipped. We were steps away from the beach, Chowder Bowl and shops. The designated parking spot was great. Nye Beacon was the perfect stay for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Easy beach access and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Location! Location! Location! We love how this condo is a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, a wonderful ice cream shop, and art galleries. The front room overlooks the ocean and with the large windows and balcony the view is breathtaking. Our only real challenges were that we found the bed a bit too soft and people shot off fireworks on the beach just in front of the condo very late over the 4th and 5th of July, but the property was great, and we'd actually stayed in the exact condo the year prior, so we were happy to stay there again.

The condo is compact but comfortable and well furnished. There is a nice patio with a view of the beach, and the lighthouse. Sweet Homes was very helpful during our stay, and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely book again.I don't see a place to review VRBO (probably for good reason), so I'll do so here. We had an issue with an unauthorized charge to our card while we were staying here. It had nothing to do with this rental. Still, VRBO insisted on verifying payment of this rental before they would investigate the charge. I'm not sure how I would have gotten into this rental if I hadn't paid for it, and VRBO wasted a great deal of our precious vacation time. Don't make the mistake I did - book directly through Sweet Homes and avoid the hassle (and extra expense) of VRBO. Thank you to Sweet Homes for a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect. Corner unit gave us amazing view of ocean and light house. The space was very clean.

Great place, great locations to restaurants and shopping. Could hear the people's toilet flush above us every morning. Hear people walking up the stairs. Was woken up one morning by a person washing all the windows. Could hear a lot of noise outside the master bedroom door of neighbors. Very tight parking. Had a large vehicle very difficult to park in. Otherwise location in views were amazing.

We had an amazing time at this property! The view was spectacular! The bed and the living room furniture were comfortable and everything was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice that you could walk to restaurants and town easily. I would definitely stay here again!

Great views, pretty sunsets and very comfortable

This place is right in the heart of Nye beach. Access to the beach is just next door! The place was clean, quiet and had a nicely stocked kitchen with a great coffee machine, pots pans and a good assortment of kitchen utensils. The gated parking was a nice bonus. Will definitely be coming here again!

Very comfortable and beautiful view

Easy walk from condo to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Great location for my family to hang out with me during the day.

This was a wonderful location! It's a short walk to beach, great restaurants, other shops, and an ice cream & taffy shop that made sure my son (who is allergic to nuts) was able to have his ice cream dessert safely. It is also a short drive to Yaquina Head Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area where we observed tide pools and our daughter became a junior ranger. The gem piece of the condo is the living room area with views of the beach and lighthouse. The kids enjoyed listening to the ocean as they fell asleep. The only real issue we had was that the instructions for our code to get into the condo was lacking a key feature, but fortunately another condo visitor was able to help us as we checked in on a Saturday evening and couldn't reach anyone. Overall, we loved our stay and would enjoy visiting again if we are able.

Stayed only 2 nights in this perfect condo on the coast. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean nice unit. Only thing it could use is laundry facilities. Beautiful location!
