While on the first living level of the complex, there are roughly 10-12 steps to reach this floor and there is no elevator in the complex. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. When entering the property, you will see the built-in bunk beds and bathroom to your right - children will love this little nook and the privacy curtain! There are built in storage drawers under the lower bunk bed for added convenience. The bathroom is located off the main entry and includes a newly updated walk-in shower. br br To your left, you will be greeted by the open concept living room and kitchen that features plantation shutters and a fresh décor.
