We were able to rent a boat, eat great food, and enjoy the beach. So fun!

Three flights up maybe a problem for some, bad knees and such! Long way to carry suitcases and groceries.

Our family of four stayed here right after Christmas and enjoyed our visit/getaway. It was a much needed and satisfying covid friendly vacation spot. There are many pros to this property: *Right on the beach with incredibly beautiful views from main room and master bedroom, all day long. *Close/walkable to shops, etc., plus Oceanic and pier. *Easy check-in and checkout with Bryant realty *Unit was clean and all linens were wrapped (nice Covid amenity) *Unit was in good condition with what you needed *Cozy bedrooms and layout for a family of four Some drawbacks: *kitchen lighting was not great and felt pretty dark when trying to prepare meals *there wasn’t a ton of hot water. We gave our two kids showers, but when we went to take ours, the hot water had run out. *the TV situation is not great. It’s a spectrum tv and we couldn’t access amazon prime, Hulu, Disney plus, etc. Netflix was an app and so we were able to watch that, but only that. Also, the tv is tilted up a little as another reviewer mentioned. Not great but ok. This is also one of four condos in the building. We were the only ones there during our stay, but I wonder about noise if there had been families in other units. Still we had an excellent, peaceful, relaxing stay. I recommended overall, if nothing else than for the views and location!

Biggest complaint was bedroom with 2 single beds was very cold at night to the point teenage son had trouble sleeping.

This is beautiful spot . Right on the beach. Walking distance to nice restaurants and coffee shops, etc. Nicely decorated and comfortable seating and amenities. Our guests complained the second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and they had to purchase an expensive pillow-top mattress pad . Otherwise things were very nice

I was able to set up my home office on the deck and work during the day while watching them play on the beach. Very impressed with the precautions they took to keep us feeling safe during the pandemic, and was very pleased with the service of the agency. They called the Monday after we returned to let me know one of the cleaners found my wife’s diamond earrings in the bathroom and overnighted them back to me. Five stars from us!!
