Conveniently located less than a block from Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Enjoy ocean views and hours of people watching from the covered deck that overlooks the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. Visit the nearby Shark Bar for a wonderful meal or take in the nightlife at the Palm Room – there are many attractions within walking distance of this condo!

“Shearin” nicely appointed and updated condo that offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and provides direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has nice updates, a queen size sleeper sofa, access to the deck, and bunk set in the nook off the entry.

Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin), 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 vehicle.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
