Station One is a family favorite on Wrightsville Beach and our “Zipf” unit is the place to be! This beautifully remodeled second floor unit offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a wonderful open floor plan to maximize your ocean views. Complete with a private ocean front balcony, a communal grilling area with picnic tables, a crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants – this condo has all the makings for a perfect family vacation!

As soon as you walk into “Zipf” you notice the beautifully remodeled kitchen that creates an open living space with expansive ocean views. The kitchen has been outfitted with a subway tile back splash and granite counter tops. The subtle grey hues carry through the space and are accented by stately pops of color and comfortable décor. Guests will enjoy the ample seating options throughout the living space that cater to many activities. Spectacular sunrises are best taken in from the private ocean front balcony with a hot cup of coffee!

The first guest room is furnished with a queen and twin bed making this room versatile for families and other groups. There is a full bathroom in the hallway that services guests and the occupants of the guest room. Just across the hall is the primary suite which includes a private bathroom with walk in shower, dual sinks, access to the balcony, and a king-sized bed. Soothing ocean inspired tones perfectly blend the surrounding and bring the feeling of beach living inside.

Lounge by the pool, play a match or two on the tennis courts, and of course, the ocean is right there! A superb location and endless amenities provide all the makings for a truly memorable family vacation.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Twin Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, RV's, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W058 - Zipf” as a vacation rental.

*Please Note: Station One will be completing building updates during the off-season. Contractors may be onsite Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Guests can expect some daytime noise and activity in common areas while work is in progress. Thank you for your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the property.*

    We love Station One for its location and thisbis not ourbfirst visit there. This unit was clean, convenient, exactly as advertised amd we couldnt have enjoyed it more. Check in was smooth and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

    The unit had a very nice kitchen, good beds and comfortable furniture. The master bathroom was old and very cramped, but the other shower was updated. The worst thing about the unit were the non-functional blinds. The vertical blinds had lots of broken/missing blinds and none of the blinds kept light out, so plan on getting up at dawn if you stay here. Also, the internet was very slow. We had stayed at Station One many times years ago and the complex has not been kept up well in time since our last visit. All the hallways and stairwells looked bad and the door to the second floor from the stairwell is very hard to open. The pool area was fine, but nothing special and no noticeable updates in the years since our last visit. I would also advise against storing beach equipment in the common area, as our four new beach chairs were stolen a few days into our trip. The location was good in terms of being able to walk to restaurants and shops, but the beach here is not as pretty as other North Carolina beaches. Also, only choose this area if you prefer a lot of people and activity. We were woken up by people yelling on the beach and/or police/fire truck sirens several times. While this particular unit was nice, we will not be returning to Station One.

    Truly fantastic property. Super comfortable king bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Comfy. Amazing view. Walked across the street for coffee and ice cream. We had a great time and would absolutely rent again.

    This was a perfect spot for our Wrightsville Beach getaway - the condo was very clean, amply supplied and in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The view from the beachfront patio was amazing - we watched a beautiful sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee - without leaving the condo! Beach access was easy, and the facility amenities were top notch. The only issue we had was in trying to contact the rental office during our stay. We tried to call the office several times on the number they gave us (after 5 pm), but every time, after waiting on hold for several minutes, the call disconnected within seconds of an operator answering. We called from multiple phones, so it was not a one time fluke. In spite of that, this was a fantastic rental that I would highly recommend, and one that I would definitely return to.

    The condo was beautiful with great ocean view. The only aggrivating part was 2 keys for 6 people. Not so bad for the condo door, but you needed a key to get in the building.

    If you are looking for a great condo in the heart of everything, look no further. Park you car and walk everywhere. Condo was clean and had everything needed for a nice stay.

    This condo has a terrific location steps from the beach. It was also walkable to many restaurants and shops. The property was in great condition. With maintenance stance making sure the property looked its best. The check-in instructions from Bryant were excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.
