There are several decks around and I just unload in the front (if space allows) and then I move my car. Street parking is free from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and free on Sunday. brbrThere is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator.brbrSleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air mattress. As my spot is so spacious it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a sofa as well which you could always do one on the sofa and one on the air mattress, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your party or who isn't paying haha. It's an older house with not the best installation, so unfortunately even with the added help from the minisplit unit, it's hard to compete with the warm air coming in from the crawlspace below the house. They system sometimes can't cool much below 80 degrees on the hottest days of Summer at the hottest time of day. If you need the house to always be cooler, this may not be a good fit. I don't list it as an amenity to try to set expectations for guests, that while there is AC, it may not always be possible to bring the temperature down beyond a certain point on extremely hot days.brbrPlease understand that the number of guests you booked for is the number allowed to be in the unit. One or two quick visitors is fine with me, I’m reasonable. But if you would like to have anymore than this number be in the unit at any point or stay the night, you would need to ask me first.
