Downtown Wilmington Retreat in Soda Pop District! Pet Friendly.

My husband and I recently stayed here for a week with our pup and couldn’t have been happier with this property! The house is in a great location- we walked downtown almost every day and there’s a great brewery and pizza place just down the street plus an amazing ice cream spot just a little farther down. The house itself was perfect and you can tell a lot of care was put into it; it literally had everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for our pup to do zoomies in, and it was also nice to sit back there and read a book. I could go on and on about how great this property is, and I know we’ll certainly be back!

Everything was beautiful, clean, and we had everything we needed. Scott was a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

We had a lovely stay in this well appointed home! Very clean and comfortable inside. The house is in a great location, walking distance from the riverfront but an easy drive to the beach and other points in the area.

The house is very comfortable, nicely decorated and has many nice touches like some toiletries and other helpful items for travelers. The location is great. I walked from the house every day for exercise and enjoyed beautiful and interesting neighborhoods. Check-in and check-out are easy.

The house is super clean! Unfortunately, it was raining the entire time so we didn’t get to walk to downtown. I would stay here again.

The home is beautifully decorated and the upgrades are amazing. The home has a cozy feel and the beds were very comfortable. The home is fully stocked with items you may need. They have a little snack bar l, coffee bar for guests and dog treats for your fur babies. Everything was very thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again the next time we are in town visiting family.

The house was as described and completely redone-lovely! The host provided little extras to make it very welcoming!

We had a great stay at this Wilmington rental. The space was spotless and well furnished; with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was very convenient—just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the Wrightsville Beach and many other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient home base in Wilmington.

My friend and I loved this house, there wasn’t a thing we would have changed! Very clean and cozy and has everything you need. Our Lyft rides to downtown were all very affordable and a few places even walking distance.

Such a cute house. Exactly like the pictures and as described. The appliances were all great especially the washer /dryer. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Very clean. Easy parking right in the front. Overall quiet location. Host was extremely responsive and kind. I like that there was not a long list of “no’s” posted all over like some rentals. Made our week long stay feel like home.

We stayed here to attend a concert at the amphitheater. Unfortunately our concert was cancelled but we decided to go to Wilmington anyway to get away for the weekend. The house is clean and totally modern and within walking distance of great restaurants and breweries. It’s also a short drive to the riverfront. The host, Scott, was wonderful and all his instructions were clear and simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully restored older home. We really enjoyed our stay and the home was conveniently located for sightseeing in historic Wilmington as well as the nearby beaches.

Our stay at Scott’s place in the Soda Pop District was excellent! The house was perfect — comfortable and dog friendly. The fenced-in backyard was a huge plus! The location was also great. We walked 2 blocks to Hiwire brewery and we also went to the Ibis (which we highly recommend!). And we were only a short drive from the riverfront district (less than 5 minutes). 10/10 recommend!

I agree with all of the previous 5* reviews and would like to add this comment specifically for families participating in the Ironman events. The location was perfect as an athlete and spectator. My pup was super happy to have space outside to roam. We do our own pre-race cooking and need to eat at weird times so restaurants and hotels don’t suffice. We were ONE mile to the finish line! Do not hesitate to stay here. Book as soon as you sign up for the race. You will not be disappointed with the cleanliness, comfort, location and of course the lovely hosts that were super responsive.

We were 110% satisfied with this stay. As we plotted our unanticipated evacuation from Hurricane Milton, already weary from Helene we sought peace and safety. Our stay here in Wilmington was perfect. This home is immaculate with all the amenities and thoughtful snacks! An easy walk downtown, local brewery and awesome pizza place and a safe back yard for fur babies. We were able to visit with our daughter from Camp Lejeune and returned home to uncertainty but rested. Thank you!

This house has been completely redone recently and it’s a beautiful property. The location is perfect and it’s about a mile to the river walk with a brewery 2 blocks up from here. We will probably stay here again and highly recommend!
