Pet-Friendly Historic Downtown 2BR Loft 1 block from riverwalk, walk everywhere

As STR owners ourselves, maintaining a 5star rating requires vigorous attention to detail. Having said that, the location of the loft was spot-on to all that happens downtown. Close enough for an easy walk anywhere but far enough from the nightlife a good nights rest was easy. This was easily the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed and would highly recommend.

Host is very responsive and provides clear and concise check in instructions. The place was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. We loved it and would definitely return

Fully equipped with everything you need and plenty of space! The balcony was absolutely cool, especially for the St. Patrick's Day oarade! Such a great location , can walk to everything Downtown.

Hung out with my daughter for a weekend, visiting her at college. Great apartment. Walking distance to tons of restaurants etc Host was great. Communication flawless. Apartment fantastic for us. Sofas and Netflix and comfortable rooms Strongly recommend

This location is perfect for downtown but the condo is so nice you may not want to leave. The host was very helpful and responded to all of my messages promptly. Definitely a trip to remember.

Very spacious, second floor condo with balcony. The host was very thoughtful in all the little things you would need while away from home. Very comfortable living room furniture and tv subscriptions with all the channels needed for watching college football. We spent our mornings drinking coffee and evenings with a cocktail out on the balcony, our favorite spot. Coffee shop, Java Dog, around the corner and could easily walk to our favorite restaurants — Copper Penny, PinPoint, Circa, and Basic. One of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve stayed in and would definitely book again.

This place was darling. Up to date, dog friendly, cozy, quaint, safe, quiet but not tooo quiet because you could step out on the balcony and watch the lively night life down below. We were there for a wedding on Orange street a few blocks away and Ubers were plentiful . The weather was perfect for august, it was wonderful. Thank you !

Fantastic home, nice amenities, would recommend to a friend

Came to Wilmington for a conference at the convention center. Rather than stay at one of the local hotels my colleague and I rented the two bedroom two bath apartment. It was wonderful.
