Panoramic River View Downtown Condo W/Balcony

It was worth every penny! The best location at a most reasonable price! Will go back soon!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and had a great view.

The view was great & it is very close to all the riverfront action. Parking was 1 block away, but worked fine. It has a fridge & stove which can help save $ on the food bill. There's some noise coming up from the street, but we used a white noise sound app & noise did not bother us. Only issue was the bed; pretty darn firm for our tastes. I'd stay again & take some foam pad for the bed.

The apartment was ideal for us!  As advertised, super location right on Water Street, with a great view. Parking was a couple of blocks away, worked out fine - easy access. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful view, the Battle Ship is directly across the river and made an impressive site. The shops and eateries were all walking distance. No car needed!

The apartment was perfect for an overnight stay, clean and comfortable. Great view of the river. Close to everything we needed/wanted to do. On site parking would be a bonus, but the parking pass/garage worked well enough. Only wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly return.

Nice large condo, in a good area. Well equipped,nicely furnished. Coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. Parking was in a separate building a couple of blocks away, which was awkward, and the parking situation was not clearly explained ahead of time.

Off sight parking was close-by and included in rental. Host gave detailed instructions.

Great location for downtown walking and sunset views over the water. Easy prompt communication with the host. Unit clean and has everything you need, not fancy, but very nice. We would recommend this property for 2 adults.

It was great little confusing at first and parking a block and half away from the location but all in all was good ill know next time first time ia always an inexperienced

The location of this property could not have been better. Beautiful river views. Extremely centrally located to downtown with dozens of restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Beautiful condo with everything we needed. The view was the best part! We loved sitting out on the balcony every evening. Sunset was amazing there! The location is great! We walked to so many good restaurants and shops. We hope to stay again sometime!

All the information needed to check in, unload, where to park and how to check out was clear and concise. Place was very clean and a great location to downtown Wilmington. We especially loved that it was straight across from the USS North Carolina. Made for a cool picture at night.

Easy to locate in great location along the river in the center of the historic district. Instructuons were easy to understand for parking and building access. WiFi was strong and stable. Everything was good except the Keurig coffee pot needed to be descaled to work properly.

Trip with my 2 daughters. Great location and wonderful view. Nice having laundry in the condo. Everything was clean and the host was great with communication.

Can’t say enough! From the view to the location awesome! Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. We came in for a one night stay for a concert at Live Oak Bank Pavilion also walking distance. The owner’s instructions were easy to follow. I noticed a lot of folks complaining about having to park in the parking garage. So we did not find it to be a big deal! You are able to park and drop off your stuff then park. We never needed our vehicle again until we left and it’s right across from the condo. Would highly recommended planning on staying here again. Adding view from the balcony.

My son attends UNCW and we were looking for an off-campus apartment for him. So we made it a one day mini vacation. The condo has got a great location, so once you get your car parked put on your walking shoes and explore. The condo was very clean and had everything. The balcony put it over the top.

I always wish platforms used scales of 10. This is a solid 9/10, no frills condo. It was exactly what we were expecting and was a good value. We appreciated the adequate kitchen and the washer/dryer. Sleeping spaces were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The main perks are the included parking, the walkability to countless shops and restaurants, and the unique view (love watching the boats pass). It's also nice that the condo is a top floor end unit so we didnt experience any noise issues. I appreciated the ease of communication with the property manager. Check-out duties are minimal, taking out trash and cleaning the dishes were the only tasks beyond the normal.

Wonderful location on Wilmington river walk. Excellent restaurants and fun in all direction. Unit was very comfortable and well set up for our visit.

Could not ask for a place with a better view. While it did rain the entire time we were there, the property is centrally located and easy to get to everything in town! Only down side is that the parking is roughly a block away, but overall a fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The waterfront views were stunning, especially the view of the battleship right from the property. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. We stayed in downtown Wilmington, and everything—from restaurants to shops—was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised. Host delivered what was promised. Parking pass allows for park—stay—walk experience. Need to feel comfortable with parking procedures, but otherwise temporary park at building/unload vehicle/enter an access code/then another code to enter unit/get pass/drive to parking garage on Market Street/park and walk. Ninth floor on the river. Perfect location.

The Property in in an excellent location for downtown Wilmington NC . The pictures do not do justice to the View of the Battleship Monument . The Balcony is directly in front of the North facing cannons . There are vibrant family oriented active downtown shopping food and historical activities . Perfect stay for a couple. The owners are very responsive and curteous . Overall a perfect metro urban get away .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and couldn't have asked for a better location! We were in town for the Azalea Festival and only a block away from the festivities. The view is amazing with restaurants, bars and shops within a very short walk. Lots of options for dining and entertainment all along the Riverwalk and up and down Water Street. Highly recommend!

Hubby and I back for the 2nd time to this building. The location is great right on the cape fear River looking right at the USA North Carolina battleship on one side and the historic Wilmington skyline on the other. Parking garage is a bit of a walk like a couple blocks but is free considering parking in the downtown is 8.00/hr this is well worth it. Coffee shops, bourbon and beer bars and delicious food options Rental was clean and comfy for sleeping. Plenty of utensils for cooking if you wanted. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Would go back for sure.

At first I was a little nervous as the instructions were fairly lengthy for checking in but it really made everything a breeze. The location is amazing with all that the waterfront has to offer and you can’t beat the view of the river from the property. Michael communicated very well ahead of time and was great to deal with.

My husband and I were here for our 2 year anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. There is so much to dobin the area and in walking distance. We park our vehicle and didn't have to mkve it at all. Lovely property and awesome location!

This was an amazing location with wonderful views on both the front and back side of the building. We arrived late in the evening, and the check-in process was simple, as the host description was very easy to follow. Parking was not bad at all, and the walk between the parking ramp and condo was very safe at any time of the day. We would love to be back!

This condo is in the perfect location for a stay in the historic district of Wilmington. We were able to park our car for the week-thank you Hosts for the parking pass and walk everywhere. The condo is perfect for 2.

We had an amazing stay at this property!!! You cannot get any closer to the water without jumping in!!! Completely unobstructed view of the USS North Carolina and probably the best view of the entire building since it was on the 9th floor. The property was perfect for me and my wife and ten year old daughter (she’s was on the fold out sofa bed) The property had everything we needed. The sunsets are breathtaking. Would highly recommend and stay again!!!

The property was nice and in a great location. However, having to park two blocks away in a parking garage sucked. We had to walk in the rain to get our car before check out.

Wonderful view of the river and river walk! Nice to be right downtown and can walk in the morning or evening and enjoy the downtown area. Accommodations were very clean and in line with the photos in writeup. I worried ahead about the codes and garage pass--would everything work smoothly? Yes! No problems at all with checkin, unloading, parking, etc. Great place to stay if you want to be downtown!

The host was fantastic! Traveling from PA to NC through Tropical Storm Debby was stressful, but our host maintained daily communication with weather updates several days prior to our arrival, which eased our minds. The condo was as described and in an excellent location! Walking distance to lots of great shops and pubs. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Recommendation for at least 1 additional towel and toilet paper:)

This condo is at an excellent location with proximity to the convention center and all the fun in downtown Wilmington! The panoramic view out the back of the riverfront was wonderful, but even the view of downtown out the front door was amazing as well! I’ll definitely try to stay here again next time our conference comes around again!
