Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and the fenced-in backyard.

Keyless Entry: For your convenience, the home is equipped with a smart lock. You will receive your unique access code 24 hours before check-in.

Parking: There is plenty of room for up to four vehicles in our private driveway. Since we are at the end of a dead-end street, parking and unloading are easy and stress-free.

Privacy: The backyard is yours to enjoy! The fence is fully enclosed, providing a secure and private space for your family.

Owner's Areas: Please note that one closet and the detached garage are locked for owner supplies and is not accessible to guests. Everything else is yours to enjoy!

While we stay off-site to give you total privacy, we are just a message or phone call away. As lovers of Louisiana and Wilmington, we are more than happy to share our favorite 'hidden gems' or tips for the best local seafood. The Fire Pit & Outdoor TV: We want you to enjoy the backyard to the fullest! Please note that guests are free to enjoy one section of complimentary fire wood from the rack. If you use additional sections of wood, they are $10 a section (details in the binder at the home). We also kindly ask that the outdoor TV and lights are turned off when not in use to respect our quiet neighborhood and conserve energy.

The Louisiana Decor: Our home features authentic, handmade wood furniture and unique decorations from Southwest Louisiana and the Angola Rodeo. These pieces are very special to us; we ask that you enjoy them with care and please use coasters or napkins (provided!) on all wooden surfaces.

Quiet & Privacy: Because we are at the end of a dead-end road, you will enjoy a very quiet environment with no through traffic. We ask that you help us maintain this peaceful atmosphere by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

Airport Proximity: Being just 5 minutes from Wilmington International (ILM) is incredibly convenient! While we are not directly under a primary flight path, you may occasionally hear the distant sound of a plane. Most guests find this a small trade-off for such an easy commute.

The Bonus Room: The bonus room is a great flexible space! Please note that there is exterior access to this room from the driveway as well as from the living area.

Miscellaneous: The trash service runs every Monday morning. If your stay includes a Sunday night, we would kindly ask that you take the trash can to the road. During the warmer months, there is a lawn service crew that will come by and maintain the property. We will try to avoid them coming during your stay, but will also work to keep the yard looking nice and inviting while you are there. They will not disturb you early in the morning or late at night, and we will let you know in advance of their schedule and time frame. House Rules:

Exterior security cameras are present and are monitored for security purposes. There is a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front door, and several cameras in the eaves of the house that monitor the driveway, front porch, and backyard.
