Stayed Jul 25, 2025This is the 3rd property we’ve rented from Jody and her places never disappoint. All creatures comforts are accounted for, the apartment is thoughtfully decorated and appliances and fixtures are new. This may be our new go-to spot for our Wilmington weekenders!

Stayed Jul 22, 2025The parking deck is 0.7 miles from the room. Not suitable for anyone with a disability or handicap parking. Owners communicated well during the stay. Bed was uncomfortable but the pillows were nice. Mattress was in the closet and you couldn’t hang anything in the closet. Shower handle was loose, air filter needed to be changed an American cockroach blessed me with their presence. I notified owner and they were quick to reply/repair.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025What a wonderful property in a fantastic location! Beautifully decorated & very peaceful getaway for me & my husband. Parking garage was easily accessible & everything we needed was within walking distance!
