Beautiful home in downtown historic core just 2 blocks from Cape Fear river!

Amazing time in Wilmington. The home was so comfortable for us and our dog. We love the porches and the location! We will return!

We returned to Wilmington on a road trip because we liked the neighborhood around Front Street so much! The house did not disappoint. It was a beautiful home with really nice elegant features. It was easy to park on the street. We loved sitting on the back porch as spring season was just beginning.

Great location! Everything within walking distance. Very clean … beautiful old house. Our dog loved the great walks around downtown Wilmington and hanging out on the front porch. Really liked the portable dog fence for the porch. We would definitely come back to Church St.

This property was as described. It was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the outside fenced in area and the large porches front and back. It was an easy walk to many downtown places. Parking was easy on the street. The host was very responsive with communication.

Property was exactly as photos. Kitchen nicely stocked for cooking. Pet convenience was very good. Would stay again.

The house was perfect layout for our family and labs. We will be back! Despite the rainy weekend for my niece’s wedding, we made the most of it! Thank you for your flexibility and hospitality!

Our 2nd stay at this location. We really enjoy the condition of the interiors, the fenced backyard, the proximity to historic downtown and security. It’s a wonderful home.

The location and comfort of this house were fabulous! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but only 3 blocks from the river and all of the restaurants and shops there. Having the shady fenced backyard was so convenient as we brought our small dog. The house is beautiful and feels just like home. We can’t say enough good things about it. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great house, and great location!!

This house is such an adorable historical house in downtown wilmington. It looks just like the pictures and the neighborhood is quiet. It is also in a great location downtown and is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The host was attentive and prompt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

Can’t say enough great things about this home! It is extremely well maintained and was spotless when we checked in. Location is perfect and loved being able to walk to the river-walk every day. Look forward to renting again next time we are in the area!

cleaners falsely reported a stain on a rug and assessed us 150 for sleeping on the pull out couch. NOWHERE were we notified that the PULL OUT COUCH was not for sleeping on. There was a note in that room saying no pets or kids in the room. We honored that.They also claimed we stained towels and rugs in bath (rugs had absolutely NO stains.) and towels are white and came clean with tide and a little bleach. I have white hair and took a bath using purple shampoo. There was a ring in the fiberglass tub (NOT STAINED) it wiped as easily as a dirt ring. I didn't know i had to clean the tub- i paid a hefty cleaning fee. I called Craig twice to try to discuss their false claims and he never called me back.

We loved everything about this home. It was charming and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, though we didn’t cook as much as we thought. The property was very clean. Linens and towels were excellent quality. We enjoyed quiet time on the porch and the screened back porch - beautiful serene yard. The home was in close proximity to great restaurants and the river - where we had activities to attend all weekend. The owner was also very responsive.

My husband, our Sheltie “Riley” and I stayed for four beautiful days while visiting Wilmington to attend a wedding. This lovely property was spotlessly clean, generously (and imaginatively) provisioned and furnished with an excellent balance of gracious elegance and comfort. It became our restful oasis between events. We loved it!

This home was perfect! We enjoyed it immensely. It was clean and so homey. The owners updated the most important rooms - the kitchen and the two baths beautifully, yet kept some historic charm throughout the house. Beautiful area to walk as well. Very happy we chise this rental!

Craig’s house is a beautiful historic home in a great location. My family could walk downtown and to the river very easily! Craig was great with communication as well.

Great house in a great location! Very clean and had everything we needed and more. Very easy walk to shops and restaurants. Only small request would be curtains in the bedroom because the mornings were bright. But no other issues at all. Loved our stay here and we’ll be back!

Beautiful home in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops we could walk too. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The beaches were a short drive away. Off street parking but we had no issues. Will definitely stay here again

It's was beautiful!!! Close to everything downtown. Could also walk if it was warmer while we there. Only downside is no driveway and there was always a car parked directly in front of house. We were there 4 days and always a car directly in front. So that was a bummer. Other than that it was wonderful.

A beautifully restored home just a couple of blocks from the Riverwalk. The homeless clean and updated. The backyard was perfect for our dog. We were able to run and walk the riverfront as well as enjoy great food and coffee. It was good to be back in Wilmington and we are grateful we found such a wonderful home to stay.

Great location! Very close to historic downtown Wilmington and walkable to many restaurants and bars, and the boardwalk. The house was huge and clean with tons of amenities. We highly recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and still has a lot of the details from the time period. The backyard is fenced and the dogs enjoyed exploring. The location is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and river walk.

Loved the house, great location. Easy walk to downtown and water front area (restaurants and shops). Great size bedrooms and large kitchen. Screened in porch on the back of the house was a plus. Very clean.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and honestly, one of the best stocked homes of the VRBO's we have stayed. I also loved all of the decorations that made it feel like home.

I was there to check on our home renovation, going on two blocks away. The location was very convenient for everything that we wanted to do, including checking out Waterline Brewery (walking distance), Riverwalk, and all sorts of restaurants and pubs. We were also close to the amphitheater, where we attended a Marty Stuart concert. Great location and very comfortable home.

This home had all the modern conveniences for a wonderful long weekend in Wilmington - plus historic charm with a quiet block location that was near everything! Immaculate condition, clean, and so comfortable. Even a home office. Tons of room. This one is a gem!

We came for a quick trip to visit our son that moved here from Michigan. Within walking distance to downtown, did that a couple times for shopping and dinner. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the marrress, will be looking for one of those when we get home.Hwas
