FUN IN THE SUN with a saltwater pool

Great vacation house for our large extended family gathering over Christmas! Lots of space for kids and adults of all ages to hang out, watch movies, etc. Nice pool table. Spacious kitchen and dining areas to accommodate large groups.

We were in Wilmington for Thanksgiving! The house was a great place to gather. The kitchen was equiped with everything to easily make the holiday dinner. The house is conveniently situated near the shopping district which we appreciated for Black Friday. We'd definitely rent again

The host was welcoming and very responsive to our questions and needs. The property had space to play together or chill separately if desired. Grandkids enjoyed the outdoor space, as well as the pool table.

Marlene is an excellent host to work with and the house was great. She worked with us as we were out there for my daughters wedding and other things and she was great with responding and accommodating our needs

This property is wondeful. We had bad weather while there but the house helped us stay entertained with all its amenities. Its also very roomy. I would highly recommend!

Love this house, love. But I love the pool more. My family spent 80% of our time in the pool and had a wonderful time. Extended family of 13 were there and we never felt crowded. We had plenty of space for everyone. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Wilmington! The home had everything one could think of and more to make a memorable family vacation. The grandchildren loved the pool and the adults loved the many areas in the home to sit, visit and catch up with one another. Great host, very attentive and proactive.

We stayed from Monday to Saturday for a family gathering, and everything about our experience was wonderful. Marlene went above and beyond—she stayed in touch with us throughout our entire stay and made sure we felt completely at home. The house itself was beautiful and incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was huge and perfect for family meals. Our whole family absolutely loved it! The pool table was a favorite, and the outdoor pool was just what we needed to relax and have fun. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to Marlene’s care and attention. We’re so grateful and would definitely love to come back!

We were in town for our sons wedding and this house was perfect for our large family! The beds were so comfortable, kitchen nicley equipped and of course the kids loved the pool! Marlane was a perfect host!

We were so pleased with the accommodations! Not only did the venue have all the beds, towels, sheets but they also had nice mattress toppers for the pull out beds and cot to make them more comfortable for the teens. We were a large group of family from all over the country in town for a wedding! Wonderful pots, pans and dishes for cooking too! Pool toys, games and the pool table! It’s a great place.

We spent Spring Break in Wilmington with the entire family. We initially booked this property based on the number of rooms/beds and its location but we thought the pool was a nice bonus. We were pleasantly surprised at how much better it was than even the pictures show! We had plenty of space to each have privacy but lots of area to spend time altogether. We played a lot of pool, cooked many breakfasts and an excellent dinner, had a few cold plunges in the pool outside and overall had the best time. As much as we planned to go out in the area, we often we just content to stay at the house together. Our host was wonderful, provided great instructions/suggestions, and super responsive. We hope to do this again in the future.

The property was as advertised but better than expected!

We were in Wilmington to attend a wedding and this home was perfect for our family. It was centrally located for our needs and had lots of room for us to spread out. It was very well equipped and we loved the pool.

We loved the amount of bathrooms and the amenities. The house was fully stocked with everything you would have at your own home. The pool was nice and the pool table was a hit. We would definitely stay there again.
