The Old Bach is situated on a large, private oceanfront lot at the end of a quiet, private street. There is off-street parking for 3-4 vehicles, including the carport under the house.brbrOur recent renovation involved flipping the floor plan to create a large, open living area on the top floor, with a full kitchen, dining banquette, and comfortable living room with a large flat-screen smart TV. The living room opens to an enormous deck and pergola complete with a dining table and a comfortable sectional. From the deck you can glimpse the ocean between the dunes.brbrDownstairs, the staircase is open to the front hall and the cozy TV room, with another large flat-screen smart TV. There are two queen bedrooms on this level, as well as a stacking washer and dryer, a full bath with a corner shower, and the primary suite. Located in what was originally a large covered porch, the primary bedroom and bathroom are surrounded by windows. The en-suite primary bathroom features an extra large soaking tub with a shower, and a toilet with a bidet attachment.brbrThe house features all new plumbing, electric, appliances, flooring, HVAC, kitchen, bathrooms, and paint. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and premium natural stone quartzite countertops. Both bathrooms have terrazzo floor tiles, handmade wall tiles, and oak console vanities with cast concrete basins.brbrThere is a shady deck with a hammock under the house, as well as two outdoor showers: an open shower where the beach path meets the house, and a private double shower with a changing area.
