Stayed Oct 13, 2023Property was advertised as being beachfront. It was not and when we teied to. Ontact the management company. They would not return calls. Do not stay here!!

Stayed Jun 20, 2026This was a super easy vacation mostly because of our rental. It's all really simple and laid out to be that way. The beach is a 1-minute walk from your condo and the pool is on the way to the beach. There's stores down the street. As the parents of a toddler, we appreciated the simplicity of it all. Sometimes he got tired of being on the beach so one of us would take him to the condo and it was just a short walk. If we'd stayed at a hotel without beach access, it would've been a huge pain in the neck. We will most likely return next year!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025Very quiet neighborhood. The Vacasa maintenance worker that had to come over twice, Terry, was awesome. He was so courteous and answered our questions and fixed our problems. First, the outlets in the kitchen did not work then the washer. Both times he came over promptly. The washer has its own mind. I would do back as it was perfect for 2 people.

Stayed May 23, 2024This was a perfect place to stay to introduce us to the OBX at a very reasonable rate. There was ample room and the beachy decor was cute. Though we didn't have a true ocean view, you could see the sea from our balcony. We did overlook an RV Park, which I didn't mind at all. The washer/dryer was a very nice added asset, and the proximity to the ocean was amazing. Thank You!!!!
