We can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures, however the gas heaters are very effective during most conditions. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at night due to time schedule.brbrbrbrThe pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Home has direct access to the beach only 50ft. away! Wireless Internet allows access to the job, if necessary. Garage, covered parking and an outside shower are nice extras to have down by the pool area. Also, 3 stop ELEVATOR service. Nice kitchen with extra ice maker, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. 14x32 pool installed in 2013.brbrOwners rent Friday to Friday for peak summer season. This allows for the avoidance of the heavy traffic arriving and leaving the Island as the majority of the rentals are Sat. to Sat. We are directly across the street from beach access to the amazing white sand Ocean Isle Beach and also across the street from the Summer Place HOA pool. We have 4 comfy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are two 2nd floor bedrooms which have private baths with showers and 2 main floor bedrooms that share a large Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower combo. The large vaulted central living room/kitchen/dining has plenty of space for your family or group to cook, dine and relax together. When we purchased the house we renovated the kitchen with a fresh white and turquoise color scheme, quartz island counter top, and new appliances. We replaced all the carpeting and bedroom flooring. There is a 55 TV in the living room, visible from the kitchen and dining areas. There is also house wide WIFI access. The covered front porch has limited ocean view but plenty of shade for morning coffee and lazy afternoons. The backyard is fenced and ready to hang out in and do some grilling. We absolutely love our home and Ocean Isle Beach for its relaxed and casual beauty and we know you will too!

Situated near the west end of Ocean Isle Beach, this Island Park Cottage invites you into the serenity of the sound, marshes, and Intracoastal Waterway. Unobstructed 180 degree views from the living room, the two back bedrooms, and the deck begin at sunrise and end with a spectacular sunset...definitely the best view of the sunset on the island! The view of the waterway will lure you down to the private dock from which you can observe the birds, catch fish and crabs, or a launch a kayak to get a closer look among the reeds. On the first floor, this 1500 sq ft home has a large, very well equipped kitchen that opens into the dining area and a comfortably furnished living room with 50 TV. The rooms are open, light and airy, giving it the feel of a much large place. Excellent floor plan for entertaining and family time. brbrThe home has 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs, with beds for 9 people: 4 queen size beds and a twin bed bunked over one of the queens. Downstairs master has cable TV; there is WIFI throughout. Convenient full size washer and dryer on main floor. The outdoor space under the home has a outdoor bar area with propane grill and plenty of room for outdoor entertaining. The home also has a large, private outdoor shower and changing room on the lower level. Parking under the house can accommodate 3-4 cars; more can park in a nearby lot. The walk to the beach is about 300 yards. Golf cart rentals are available if needed. brbrThe home is part of the Island Park Community which offers amenities such as swimming pools and well maintained common areas. Ocean Isle is a family friendly island, with a miniature golf course, restaurants and small eateries, and a few local shops. There are free Friday night concerts on the island during the summer months. Bike and kayak rentals are available on the island, as well as jet skiing, parasailing and charter fishing trips.The Museum of Coastal Carolina and The Ingram Planetarium are located only ten minutes away in Sunset Beach. There are numerous golf courses within minutes, and public tennis courts and a playground on a few miles away on Georgetown Road. Myrtle Beach is forty-five minutes away where you can dine, shop, or enjoy a theme park. br
