Ocean Isle Beach Home w/ Shared Lanai & Grill

We were traveling to the area for a close friend's wedding and unfortunately our flights were canceled due to the global Crowdstrike/Microsoft outage. Despite our best efforts to rebook we were unable to and were forced to cancel our visit. When we asked for a full or partial refund since the circumstances were entirely out of our control, the owner and their property manager Evolve denied it with no further recourse. The owner displayed no kindness or empathy in a situation universally acknowledged as beyond our control.

Modern, simple and cozy place..super clean. Would consider in the future to stay again.

We booked this property on a whim the week before travel and really enjoyed our stay. The property is very new and most importantly, in good working order and CLEAN. The owner stocked sheets (already on the beds), towels, wash clothes, hand towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, sponge etc. You really didn't need to bring much. Very close and conveniently located to the beach/public beach access at the pier. Very quiet and quaint neighborhood. We felt very safe and would definitely stay again. I really appreciated the attention to detail the owner put into the property. The brand new appliances and super high ceilings were an added bonus. It would be really nice to have an outdoor shower or hose in the backyard, as the public access has no shower to rinse yourself and a portable, folding drying rack or clothes line would be handy to rinse and hang bathing suits and towels. We didn't need a washer/dryer during our stay, but for a longer stay, that woukd be a really nice addition. Thanks for a great vacation!

A sweet little spot for a family weekend away! We enjoyed easy access to the island…and the coffee shop! We visited during a chilly weekend in the fall and took full advantage of the electric fireplace. Very cozy!

Clean home. Nice, secluded neighborhood. Spacious and well decorated. Good communication with host.

Our holiday weekend was AMAZING with great weather at a cozy beach location. We were the first ones to stay in Unit B. The unit was even more beautiful in person with beach themed modern decor. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and other amenities. When we arrived, the owner greeted us and was very sociable providing us with some amazing clams over the weekend! My only recommendations would be a washer/dryer in the unit which has hookups in place and mirrors in the bedrooms since there is only one bathroom with a mirror. These were minor inconveniences we worked around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!!!
