Beautiful new Custom Oceanfront home with XL covered decks, pool and elevator.

Great location and beautiful house. Loved all the outdoor seating since we had beautiful weather. Kitchen was well stocked. Great bathroom towels. Only small thing is the 1 time I didn’t bring beach towels they didn’t have any, but if I would have read initially the full description it does say to bring just normally they have always been a staple. We also brought a small tent for my 1 year old grand daughter and didn’t realize the beach has tent restrictions. Again saw when we got there was not a big deal but just adding as additional information. Hope to be back!Go Blue

House was beautiful with wonderful views. Everything was well stocked and exactly as described. Communication and instructions from the host were perfect. Great vacation, could not have had a better experience.

This was our second year staying at David and Amy's beach house and we loved it even more the second year! When we arrived the home and pool were cleaned and ready for our stay. Bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We are a family that cooks all our meals at the house, so having a kitchen that is well stocked, spacious enough for multiple people prepping and conversating, and all the amenities (separate ice maker is a PLUS) made cooking and eating in a joy! Pool, patios, and decks are very spacious and well equipped with chairs and rockers to relax the afternoon and evenings away! Location is one of the best we have stayed at in Ocean Isle IMHO - 1.5 miles from the pier and 1 mile from the east end inlets - all great for morning runs/walks. Even before we left at the end of our week the family was asking (begging) that we come back again next year - and we surely will! Thank you (again) David and Amy!

Our family which ranges in age from 3 to 88 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. Being on the beach was wonderful and having a pool was perfect with the kids! We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach house for our family. Very Clean, and well kept. We had some issues with the appliances, however they were resolved quickly and efficiently. During those problems David was very respectful and did his best to work with us through the ordeal. We know you can't predict when an appliance is going to act up and it is not the host's fault. David handled it the best he could and made things right with us. We will be staying here again next year.

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Of course the location (right on the beach) was perfect, but in addition the amenities the home provided were also perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious with great finishes. The kitchen was enormous; well stock with cooking and eating items - the best was the separate ice maker perfect for afternoon frozen cocktails. The pool and pool furnishings were perfect for early morning and late afternoon relaxation time. We had stayed two years ago in another of Dave's house which was incredible and was very much looking forward to our stay in this house - and it was just as if not more incredible. Thank you Dave and Amy!
