Modern Beach House: GameRoom, HeatedPool, HotTub, & TikiBar in Ocean Isle Beach

This house has so many lovely amenities, especially for kids. We loved the arcade and video games and card games they provided. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything to cook with. Hot tub was great since it was cooler out. Location is so convenient to beach access. Would for sure stay here again!

Great place to stay and awesome location close to the beach! The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were very communicative. We appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, the extra beach towels, and the game room, which served kiddos well. We even asked if the house came with a waffle maker and the hosts had one delivered to the house so we would be sure to have one on hand! Overall, excellent stay, excellent location, and excellent hosts!

We loved our stay! The location of the house on the island was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet very close to beach access. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked, which made our visit even easier.The host was extremely responsive. Any issues were handled immediately, and our questions were answered quickly. We truly appreciated the attentiveness and care throughout our stay.Highly recommend this property!

Sunny and Asha made our VRBO experience and family vacation hassle free. They were prompt to message back before we booked and even after we booked if we had a question. Their home is absolutely amazing! They have went above and beyond to make sure they are providing a home away from home experience; They had everything and more than expected! The house was very clean and so many fun amenities. The pool and hot tub was so much fun!! The view of the ocean from the pool side balconies were wonderful and the front side balconies were spacious and very enjoyable as well. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay at their home again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home Sunny and Asha! Tim and Dawn and family!

My family really enjoyed themselves, house was very clean loved how every room had a balcony and most bedrooms had beautiful views of the beachwater. Highly recommend for a nice family vacation.

Wonderful home for a long weekend getaway with my family! Great location with glimpses of the ocean and sound. The hosts were more than accommodating, and thought of all of our needs before arriving.

We had the chance to stay here in August of 2025 with our 7 kids. The house truly had everything we needed for relaxation, fun and beach time. The host put a lot of thought into decor and comfort. I appreciated not having to bring beach towels/chairs/umbrellas along. Plus, the pool was loaded with inflatables and activities. Loved the proximity to beach access- not beachfront but SO CLOSE and we could see it from our master balcony!Whenever there was a need or question, the host was extremely attentive to replying and remedying what needed to be taken care of for us. THis was our first time at Ocean Isle and the beach was truly a great experience. Not crowded at all!We loved Lowe's grocery store and had dinner in Calabash and ice cream at the creamery there as well.

This house is a very well laid out home for families with great access to the beach. The game room was a hit for grandchildren for non water times. Pool was a great size. Outside seating areas were well appointed with comfy and functional seating. Kitchen was beautiful, functional, and clean. Host was great with communication from the booking through the checkout process…always available and helpful!

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Isle Beach and this rental had everything we needed to make that possible. The location is fantastic - easy to get to the beach, quiet street off the main road. The house had plenty of space, sleeping options and bathrooms for our family of 13. The decks are huge! The pool and hot tub were clean and such a nice amenity to enjoy at any time of the day. The kitchen was well stocked including a array of spices for cooking, food storage and small appliances. We loved having 2 dishwashers! The owners were great - very accommodating and responsive. Easy to check in and out. I highly recommend staying at this property.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home. Beautiful house that looks exactly like the pictures. We were very thankful that the house was already stocked with everything that we need. Wonderful pool area & a very short walk to the beach. Excellent communication with the home owner which is always a plus. My family & I had a wonderful time staying here & can’t wait to return in the future.

My family and I have vacationed at OIB almost every year for the past 20 years, so we have stayed at quite a few places over the years. This house would be in the running for my favorite one we have stayed at. Great location, very well stocked with just about anything you might need. Kids (and me) enjoyed the game room a lot. The retro system was a blast for someone like me who great up in mall arcades in the 80's. Being able to play all those old arcade classics and also the classic games from all the old home gaming systems was a blast of nostalgia. The foosball table and shuffleboard were also used quite a bit.Elevator was a god send on move in and move out day. Pool and the hot tub were also very nice. Especially having a refrigerator and a bathroom there a the pool. Saved a lot of running back upstairs constantly.The host, Sunny, was great and made sure everything was as expected. Will definitely keep this house on the short list when coming back to OIB again.

Our group loved this house! It’s beautiful looks just like the pictures, very well stocked. The hosts thought of everything to comfortable beds, plenty of outdoor seating and a very fun pool with a tiki bar. We appreciated the refrigerators on each floor and 2 dishwashers. Short easy walk to two beach accesses and a fun island to visit.

We had a great stay! The house is perfect for an extended family gathering or group of friends. I have stayed in several vacation properties and this one provided more household items than any place I have been. You really only need to bring your own food & beverages.
