FAMILY TIME SHINES HERE– Beachfront Home with Pool- 12 Bedrooms, 12 Baths

Over the years, we have stayed in many beach houses and this one beats them all — excellent communication with the owner, beautifully appointed and comfortable furnishings, large pool, new walkway to the beach and the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. Add to that games, books, fussball and a lower level room with lots of beach accessories to use during your stay.

The home is absolutely beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked and organized especially for the number of guests. Location is convenient for walking to the pier and coffee shop. Host was amazing to work with and answered our questions promptly. We already booked for next year! Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!

Our family has been coming to ocean isle for over 30 years. As we’ve grown it’s been difficult to find a home that can accommodate us all, while offering the amenities we value. This home truly has it all, and the owners have thought of everything to make things convenient and enjoyable. The organization, thoughtfulness in the design of the spaces, proximity to everything in town, etc.We had 5 kids ages infant-10 in our group, and adults ages 26-95! We hope to stay here year after year, and cannot say enough wonderful things about the home.

This was a great house for our family of 30 for the weekend. We had all ages and everyone had a great time. The house was clean and spacious and oceanfront location was perfect! The whole family had a wonderful weekend!

This home is laid out very well to accommodate a large group with each bedroom having a bathroom. The two large living areas and porches give ample space to spread out. The icing on the cake is the view! You can enjoy sunrises and sunsets!

Great house and location! Lots of room and everyone had their own bathroom! The kitchen is great for a large group of people with lots of room to move around! We would most definitely stay there again!

We have 14 siblings still alive, and our reunions are generally every 3 years. For 2024 we got together at this property (20 of us--siblings and spouses) to celebrate. Very nice property--right on the ocean--very clean, very attractive, great location! The owner was very communicating before and during our week there--a big plus as you plan your week. The location of the house was prime--walkable to shops, ice cream, putt-putt, restaurants, etc. Best location we have ever had for our reunions. Beautiful house, beautiful views, beautiful sunrises! Walks on the beach were many and easy (great beach) and the private pool was a big bonus. Highly recommended for groups 12-24! Oh--big kitchen and table for 20 people all at once. Beautiful place to enjoy with a large family

Great floor plan and ideal location. We all really enjoyed our week.

The owner, Tom, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we encountered. The house was beautifully updated and had lots of space for everyone to hang out. We especially loved the pool!
