Completely renovated in 2023 -updated floors, countertops, appliances, bedding, and furniture- our home is ready for you and your crew! brThe brand-new kitchen is fully loaded with plenty of counter space and new appliances! The dining area and peninsula off the kitchen allow you to have ample space for entertaining and meals. The table is set for six, but has a leaf so that it can fit everyone! All this is right off the cozy living room that looks over the canal! brbrThe home sleeps 10 comfortably. From the main living area, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each side of the house. On one side you will find two large bedrooms that each host KING beds! They are connected by a Jack and Jill bath between the rooms. On the other side, you will find the full bathroom and two more secondary bedrooms. Each room can help fit any group. One room has a queen + twin trundle while the other is equipped with a bunk bed (twin over full) + an additional twin bed. brbrOutside the home includes a screened in porch that spans the length of the house, an uncovered deck, and dock on the canal! We are directly across the street from beach access to the amazing white sand Ocean Isle Beach and also across the street from the Summer Place HOA pool. We have 4 comfy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are two 2nd floor bedrooms which have private baths with showers and 2 main floor bedrooms that share a large Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower combo. The large vaulted central living room/kitchen/dining has plenty of space for your family or group to cook, dine and relax together. When we purchased the house we renovated the kitchen with a fresh white and turquoise color scheme, quartz island counter top, and new appliances. We replaced all the carpeting and bedroom flooring. There is a 55 TV in the living room, visible from the kitchen and dining areas. There is also house wide WIFI access. The covered front porch has limited ocean view but plenty of shade for morning coffee and lazy afternoons. The backyard is fenced and ready to hang out in and do some grilling. We absolutely love our home and Ocean Isle Beach for its relaxed and casual beauty and we know you will too!
