The chef's kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances - don't forget the wet bar with wine refrigerator. The large dining table has seating for 12 with seating for another 6 at the kitchen bar. There is a 70 Smart TV in the family room and Smart flat screen TV's in all of the other bedrooms. There is even a wood burning fireplace. There is a walkable access to the beach via the 9th Street overpass or a very short drive (under a mile) to the first beach access at the end of the Middleton bridge road. Oak Island is probably the island where more free public parking is available for non-residents. This was one of the determining factors we considered when choosing a place to build our beach home.
