Amazing Ocean Views, Dog Friendly, Heated Salt Water Pool, Hot Tub, Elevator, Beach Chairs w/ Cart

Everything was great! We enjoyed the house. It fit all our needs. Thanks for a great place to enjoy some time resting and family time together.

The property was wonderful. Layout, number of rooms, pool, everything was great. The beach chairs were a welcome amenity, however the wagon available is not great on the beach. The tires aren't the right type to roll through sand. We experienced more roaches than we have ever had at a rental. There was also a note on the third floor balcony door pool side: Wasp nest, do not open. We also found a few areas that weren't cleaned well. Empty water bottle beside one bed on the floor, the couch was covered in white fluffy dog hair, some areas didn't seem to be swept enough. Overall, good rental but needs bug spray.

Wonderful house- modern, spacious, everything we needed!

We recently stayed at Shore Foundation with our entire family that included 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 8. The home has one of the most well stocked vacation home kitchens that we have ever stayed in. Plenty of guest food cabinet storage as well as 2 additional beverage coolers to keep drinks cold. Very short walk to the beach with easy beach access. Really appreciate the quality beach chairs as well as beach wagon that’s provided. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very responsive staff to a minor elevator issue. Very high quality vacation home.

We stayed her with our extended family to celebrate a birthday and had a great time! We enjoyed the pool and the large porch that overlooked the ocean. The beach was just a short walk. The house had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this wonderful house the week after Christmas. Everything was as advertised. It was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. The family had a wonderful time. We will be back. Thanks for everything.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Shore Foundation for Thanksgiving 2024 with extended family: cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. The house was gorgeous, and the kitchen was so well appointed we had no issues cooking up a gourmet Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of quality time hanging out by the hot tub and playing games at the large dining table. We got lucky with the weather as well and were able to spend some time on the beach fishing, walking, flying kites, and playing baseball. The location of the house was perfect. Can't say enough good things about this trip!

The house we rented had a major water leak,and we were not able to stay there. We were devastated. We were moved to Shore Foundation, such a beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. All the bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated ! Pool, hot tub, very short walk to the beach. Elevator made it a breeze to get luggage and groceries upstairs. Every thing about this home is amazing.

Multi generational family get together, this house fit us perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, we loved the porch with outdoor dining furniture, we used every meal. The kitchen was very well appointed. Home is very close to the beach. The pool, spa and outdoor area was wonderful! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

the pool was dirty when we arrived on Sunday and never got cleaned till Wednesday.With small children along and not able to get in the ocean this was a problem.Also during the storm windows on front of house all leaked,and door on first floor would not stay closed only when locked.over all would not rent this house again.

We gathered together for our family reunion in Oak Island from many different places - Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Farmville and Monterey. Shore Foundation did not disappoint. My older parents loved the hot tub and the pool and the elevator! Having smart TVs in every room was great for all of us. The entertaining space out by the pool with the bar was great and we were all impressed with the furnishings. The house was fresh and felt brand new. The beach was a very easy walk and you could see the ocean easily from both front decks. We will be back again. This was a great find!

Home was decorated very nice and beachy. views were incredible! Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. beautiful home loved the jacuzzi and pool area!

I and the people I was with during this period were unanimous in evaluating the service positively from the first contact until now. They were wonderful days and even when we had a problem with the air conditioning on the third floor they were fantastic. During the 4th of July holiday, they managed to mobilize a company to fix the air conditioning and this happened within a few hours of my contact with the manager. I would highly recommend this house for the excellent accommodation (the decor is incredible and the furniture and everything are of high quality) as well as the services provided by the property managers. We had a wonderful time and are so grateful we made the right choice. Thank you so much for providing us with a great 4th of July holiday.

Clean. Lots of room. Homey and cozy. Very short beach walk. Out door area perfect! Kitchen stocked and labeled nicely. My husband says it’s the best house I’ve picked for vacation. Quality of goods from knives to beach chairs were just as good as home.

We rented with a large group of 4 families with parents and kids and had a lovely time at this location. Everything was just as the pictures showed and we used all amenities available. The pool was a hit with the kids and parents loved the hot tub as well. We loved all the utensils and how they were named and organized properly. Bathroom are huge in the king bed rooms and finding 2 such rooms with large attached bathroom was amazing. At the end it was a struggle to leave to come home. Would love to go back there again.
