Stayed Oct 15, 2025We hosted our Church's Ladies Retreat here and it was great. Rooms and Living areas were great and, of course, the View! The view and beach access was gorgeous. Oh, did I mention the huge round dining table? That was awesome!A Kuerig type coffee pot or more coffee pots would have been nice. Thankfully we had brought our own large coffee urn from the church. Decor was a blank slate so we were able to decorate and make it our own. See pics below. The house itself could use a little love on the outside and an outside garage door button would have been handy. The only other suggestion for upgrade would be to improve the stand-alone showers like the ones in the upstairs suites. You can't turn on the water without it getting on floor, no space to put shower items except on floor of shower. They are so small and out dated compared to the rest of the beautiful home. Communication with Coastal Premier Properties was excellent. I loved working with them.We appreciate the opportunity to rent your home and look forward to going there again.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Great house right on the water. The beach is much nicer/ wider than it looks in the photos. The bedrooms throughout the house are well arranged for privacy. There are two masters with king beds, and also couches on the upper level, with a small balcony from the bedrooms. The third floor has a large well equipped kitchen, including two refrigerators 2 drink fridges, and two dishwashers. large eating, and sitting areas and a small room off the living room with a pull out couch and adjoining bathroom. There is a large outdoor deck with tables and bar chairs for eating with a great view.The second floor has four of the bedrooms, three king bands, and a bunk room, all with adjoining bathrooms. There are two washers and dryers in the house, one on the second floor and one on the fourth floor. The second floor deck includes the hot tub and access out to the beach with an outdoor shower and steps down to the beach. The lowest level has two large garages and elevator access to all level levels.
