Lake Norman Family Home - Best Lake View!

We’re offering our beloved Lake Norman family vacation home for a select few weeks a year. This older home has the best vibes, is family-friendly, and has the most amazing views on the lake! This is a true lake house. It’s quirky, comfortable and clean. Although this is a new listing, the hosts have been super hosts on two other short-term rentals for years. This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has 7 beds and all you need fora relaxing and enjoyable stay. Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and the other 1.5 bathrooms are shared. The house has a washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators and a wine refrigerator, and a gas stove downstairs. There is a pool table for indoor fun, and the upstairs king bathroom has its own kitchenette, with an electric stove and refrigerator.

Outside, there is a brand new tech-trek deck overlooking the lake, with an outdoor dining set that seats 10 people, along with 2 chaise longues and 2 gliders to sit and enjoy the view. The fenced yard is large and grassy, allowing ample space for cornhole games, tossing a football, or kicking a soccer ball.

A gazebo and swim pad are ready for guests to enjoy the sun and swim in the lake. There is also a small beach area where guests can wade into the lake or play in the sand.

There is an exterior security camera on the garden shed that faces toward the driveway and front door.
