This fee is required and is in addition to, if applicable, any security deposit that has also been captured.br(4) This is a NON SMOKING unit. br(5) House parties, subletting, wedding parties and receptions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction of the Tenant and all occupants. Any cancellation requests must be made in writing. Tenant is hereby advised to obtain his own insurance policy to cover any personal losses. br(9) Water Danger: Tenant acknowledges that this home is situated directly on a lake. This large body of water has many inherent dangers associated with it. Tenant acknowledges that Agent and owner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries arising from use of the lake. br(10) If due to circumstances beyond Real Estate Agency’s control, the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable, a refund shall be given to the Tenant of all payments made by the Tenant.
