There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs, 1 cooler, and an umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car! brbrIs There A Grill brUnfortunately No. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grill related house fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grill at our home. :( brbrDo you have a tea pot brUnfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!.... brbrYou will have full access to your private apartment. brbrNicki and I are available by email, phone, text or the short term rental platform. A skimmer is provided for your use.br● Property Maintenance: Pool and lawn services are completed regularly and may occur during your stay. The crews will be as discreet as possible.br● No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.br● Weapons are not permitted at the property. br● Checkout: Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout. A late checkout fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the checkout time, unless a later time has been approved by the host in advance.
