Oceanfront Views in Kitty Hawk - Beach Access directly across the street!

The policy of requiring guests to bring their own sheets and towels resulted in a somewhat disorganized check-in. However, the hostess was accommodating and provided sheets and towels in the end. Nevertheless, the policy is unconventional. The house itself is quite pleasant.

The ocean was visible from the property. The windows could have been cleaner. I cleaned the sliding glass door myself and if the windows looking out on the ocean were cleaned on a regular basis they might not be so hard to clean. It was so windy and cold we could not enjoy the deck. The beds were comfortable. The bed covers could use a washing. Sorry to be so negative, but the trash cans in the bathrooms are rusty. Understandable, but plastic doesn't rust and they would look better.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and so convenient to the beach. The view from the balcony was lovely. No dolphins this week but everything else was perfect.

House was in a great location. Wonderful ocean views from top deck and just 2 houses down from public beach access. House was equipped well and the kitchen had everything we needed! Beds were great and loved having multiple living areas. We were there during Hurricane Erin and Scott reached out several times throughout our stay to make sure we were ok. Provided great restaurant recommendations and was very helpful and responsive!Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!!

Our family chose this place for the location to the beach - which was nice. The house itself was not so great. While the common areas/commonly used items were clean enough, less touch areas/items were dirty and or mildewed. For example, the air vents looked like they have not been cleaned in 2025. Lastly, it was a bit absurd that we had to bring sheets or rent sheets for the beds. This place is fine for adults that will not spend much time in the house, however, it would not be a good option for a family.

This was our first visit to the outer banks. The house was big and roomy and the air conditioning was great. It was unbelievably hot and humid the week were there. It was well appreciated. The house was literally across the street from the beach. A five minute walk and we were in the ocean. The owners reached out a few times to check in which was well appreciated. It was a great place and it made for a great vacation.

Stay was excellent but a pod coffee pot would have be nice.

It’s a nice, clean and comfortable house. It’s very close to the beach. The only reason I would not recommend it because you need to bring your own towels and bed linens, which was a pain when you are flying in. I have never rented a house that required that.

Property was very clean! Nicer than most we have stayed at, very nice area, loved the outdoor shower!

The house has a incredible second floor porch to watchthe ocean. The large covered porch with a wrap aroundsunny uncovered part on the side captured my attentionmorning and night.Great location across from beach access. Very comfortable roomy house that is definitelyon my list to return.

Every morning we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise. The grandkids played hours on the beach building sandcastles and flying kites. It is in close proximity to various activities Would definitely book this house again..

We had an amazing time. Get house! Fully stocked with most anything you might need, good location, easy to find, easy access to beach and restaurants. The deck was a perfect place to watch the dolphins play and pelicans soar.

We had a great time seeing the sunrises and the dolphins from the second floor porch!

Second time here; was clean and well appointed (as a beach house). No surprises everything as advertised. A great place to relax that is close to eateries, retail and the beach.

The house was clean and comfortable. Front porch overlooks ocean with a variety of nice deck furniture to sit in and relax - which we did daily. Great location. Easy beach access. Owner was responsive to texts - not that we had any problems to report. Would definitely rent again.

Our first time in OBX and it will not be our last! The property is in a great location - right across the street from the beach. Loved going to see the sunrises every morning on the beach. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and activities. What else could you ask for?

Took a long weekend vacation and this house was beautiful. A very short walk to the beach access. It had everything we were looking for. Would definitely stay again!!

This property has it all. The clean fresh feeling you relax right away. The host (Kelli) was amazing and super helpful with the whole process. The house had everything we need down to baby gates and a pack n' play for my son. We had brought that stuff but if we forgot they had us covered. We are hoping to book here again next year. Easy beach access, beautiful view of dolphims every morning. Couldnt ask for a better place super amazing. My family loved it!! Thank you to the property owners for thinking of the little things they had there to help give us peace of mind and help us relax!!

WE HAD A GREAT TIME

We stayed for the week starting July 13th and it was really perfect! I am known to be a clean freak and this is the first house that I didn’t feel like I needed to clean when we got there. The house had a well stocked kitchen - I can’t think of anything that we needed and didn’t find. Some of our faves were the nice porch furniture, comfortable mattresses, plethora of hooks to hang towels/bathing suits, spacious outdoor shower, under the house “drink fridge”, extra pillows and throw blankets just to name a few. The location cannot be beat - right by the beach access made it easy to go back to the house for lunch and could avoid packing huge coolers for our beach days. We look forward to returning next year!

This great house is close to everything. Easy beach access as the public stair entrance is 3 houses down and the life guard is right there! The steps or ramp make it easy to access the beach without disturbing the fragile dunes across the street. The house is close to many restaurants as well as attractions. Definitely recommend. We loved sitting on the covered deck watching the flocks of pelicans fly by and the dolphins swim by in the mornings!
