Welcome to EASY LIVING, our cozy beach house ideally located between the historic beach side Boardwalk and the Carolina Beach North End Fishing Pier where the beaches are less crowded. This house/cottage is a duplex with the family using Side A and Side B is the rental unit. Our grandfather built this cottage in the late 1940's. Stayed Jul 15, 2023Very clean. Beautiful stretch of beach. House was quiet. I’d high recommend this property. For someone who does a decent amount of cooking while on vacation the kitchen was very small but everything you need is there! Loved walking to the coffee shop (which also has lots of basics if you forget something). Really everything is walkable if you don’t mind walking…tiki bar to the left, coffee shop and main pier and restaurants to the right. Enjoy!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023Our family loved staying at the cottage for our beach vacation! It was well-appointed with everything we needed, and the kids and their grandmother enjoyed the private beach walkway. Also communication with the owner was positive every time. We hope to visit again soon!

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Loved our stay at the cottage. The beach access was amazing as was the view. Everything needed for a week at the beach was provided and Paula was very helpful and prompt with questions. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but did not impact our stay in any way as we were outside a majority of the time. Would definitely recommend the cottage♥️
