The beach ramp is a 66 foot walk to steps that take you to the sand and waves.brbrTop floor has two king master suites. One oceanside with king bed and beachfront balcony and a streetside second master suite with king bed. Third floor kitchen has breakfast bar and large island, large dining area, half bath, and beachfront living area with 43 flat screen. Bottom floor has two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 sets of full size twin mattress bunks, large full bath, and laundry closet. Five flat screen TVs: 43 in main living area, 40' in both master bedrooms, 32 inch in one queen rooms. and 40 inch in the second queen bedroom. Granite countertops, hardwood floors, and luxury vinyl planks in all bedrooms. brbrCarolina Beach is on an island. As such, we are at the end of the line when it comes to internet access, cable TV, telephone, electric and the like. There may be interruption to utilities which are beyond our control. If your vacation trip is dependent upon having perfect internet access, then you may need to look somewhere other than Carolina Beach. We experience intermittent internet outage as do most customers on the island.brbrLocated within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, shops and summertime beachfront amusement park. This is one of three vacation rentals on the property. One other unit is a one bedroom stand alone cottage that sleeps 6 and is on the opposite side of the pool. The other is a studio apartment on the far side of the property that sleeps 2 (it does not have direct access to the pool) They each can be rented separately or combined to sleep 6, 12 or 14 (the other unit is VRBO #472895 and the other is on the other main home rental site, under the name Dancing Oaks, The Studio). brbrOnce you arrive you will walk through the courtyard past the beautiful pool to your unit. It is a single story building which means no stairs! Also no upstairs or downstairs neighbors.brbrThe first bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd has a queen and a set of bunk beds allowing this unit to sleep a total of six. It's perfect for families or a group of friends.brbrThis is our home away from home and is set up for peace, comfort and enjoyment. There is a full kitchen that is stocked with all the supplies you need for wonderful meals or a quick bite. Including a full size fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. brbrThe bathroom has recently been remodeled and has a tub shower combo. There is an additional shower outside with hot and cold water.brbrLinens are not included brbrThere is a stackable Washer/Dryer (new 2018)brbrThe bungalow is surrounded by a variety of delightful outdoor space with plenty of sun or shade areas to relax. The side door has access to the courtyard which is fenced-in for pets. There are double sliding doors in the living area that open right up to the pool with palms and flowers. please note pets are not allowed off leash in common areas. This pool is only shared with the other two units in the complex (the other vacation rental and the caretakers). brbrIt is just two and a half short blocks (about a 4 minute walk) from the beach and the board walk. The entire walk is on a sidewalk and there are stop lights and crosswalks at both intersections. So you are right in the middle of the action but as soon as you get back 'home' you will experience the peace and quiet of a private residence.
