When I walked through the doors of this home for the first time I was taken aback by all the old style charm this home has. You will find knotty pine in the living area. An open space for you and your family to enjoy time around the house or you can escape to rest and relax in one of the four bedrooms. The house comes with two full baths (one has a standup shower you can dance in the other has a tub/shower combo!). The porches are great too. Sit on the ocean side and go back in time to when the hustle and bustle of life was not the extent it is today. You will hear the waves rolling in and just in time you can take a walk on your private deck to the sand. If you fancy lying in the sun, there is plenty of deck and chairs for you to do this too. And like my sister always says...we never eat inside so I've put a full dining set on the front porch for you to enjoy. The back porch facing the road is where you will get your sunsets and be ready for them. They are amazing. Our condo is newly renovated and ready for the summer season! We kept our beachy colors but did significant upgrades to kitchen, living area, and bathrooms. brThis bright, colorful and decidedly beachy oceanfront condo is perfect for a family vacation or last-minute beach trip! Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as high speed, secure internet (not shared with the rest of the building). The Ocean Front master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a new Beautyrest mattress, private full bath with rainwater shower and detachable hand-held wand, and access to the oceanfront balcony. There are 2 twin beds In the street-facing second bedroom with access to the full hall bathroom with tub/shower. These can also be converted to a king bed with a converter kit provided. There is also a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded Memory Foam mattress in the living room should you need the extra bed space. The oceanfront balcony offers breathtaking views (make sure to catch at least one sunrise on your stay). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a week at the beach (and all appliances are brand new), with a Ninja Mega-Kitchen System blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and J. A. Henckels kitchen cutlery. But, if you'd rather not cook, there are loads of restaurants really close by. Some of our favorites are Kate's Pancake House, Havana's, Michaelangelo's Pizza, Pop's Diner, and of course, the famous Britt's Donuts. And the Veggie Wagon (just across US 421) is a real treat, offering farm-fresh veggies, freshly baked baguettes, deli sandwiches, take-and-bake pizza's, fruit smoothies, and a pretty good selection of beer and wine. brIn addition to a great time on the beach, you have access to bike rentals just two blocks away (one of our family's favorite activities is to bike down to Fort Fisher and catch the ferry to Southport). The Carolina Beach Greenway is accessible at the lake which is just across the street. Here you will find a nice walking, running, cycling, or skating trail, peddle boat rentals, and there are family movies every Sunday night.brTwo blocks away you will find the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, with shops, restaurants, Britt's Donuts and an amusement park. Thursday nights there are fireworks from the boardwalk. See them there, or enjoy them from the beach or the deck of the condo. brThe unit has spacious covered parking that can accommodate two larger sized vehicles or three smaller ones. We've been coming to Carolina Beach for over 20 years and have owned this unit since 2008. It's slow-paced and relaxing, a perfect location for a family wanting to unwind or for a couple looking for a quiet, romantic getaway. We love spending time here, and we think you will too! Enjoy!

Beyond the French doors is one of the biggest oceanfront decks on the island where you can enjoy sunbathing, early morning coffee, watching sunrises over the ocean and dinner during sunset. And you'll have a prime spot to watch the Thursday evening fireworks!br br Off of the living room you will find the Master bedroom with a King bed, access to the deck, and en suite bathroom with standing shower. You can even see the ocean from the shower! br br The second oceanfront bedroom is cozy with a Full bed, and also opens out to the deck.
