How about a swim out to the raft to work on that tan There is 150' of waterfront! There are 3 bedrooms plus a sleep sofa and 2 baths in the guest house and sleeping for 4 in the separate apartment. All of the guest house bedrooms plus the 3-season room have window A/C units. There is a window A/C unit in the living area of the apartment. Since the apartment is partially below-grade, it stays cool in the summer with just fans in the other rooms of the apartment. In the guest house, you’ll enjoy several conversation areas including a 3-season room with great lake views from which to enjoy your group gatherings. There is also a small outdoor kitchen with side burner and sink as well as two amazing gas fire bowls and a custom wood burning fire pit from Ohio flame, and we also provide a large supply of firewood.brbrThere is also a large u-shaped dock (boat at dock will not be rented) you can bring your own as there is plenty of room for additional jet skis and boats as well as enough parking for your trailer on the property as well.brbrWe also include all luxury bed linens, towels and toiletries, such as soaps and more. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook like a professional chef. A quick breakdown of the sleeping arrangements include 6 bedrooms (5 have their own bathroom) and a loft. In total there are 5 king beds, 3 queen beds, one twin bed, one bunk bed(twin over twin) and one sleeper couch.brbrThe mountain and lake views are amazing as you can see clearly see Red Hill in the not-so-distant view out the back of the home above the lake.
