There is an adjustable standing or sitting desk which provides an excellent spot to overlook the lake while getting work done! brbrThe middle floor consists of the fully equipped custom kitchen and dining area including a table with a couch and four stools, a twin day bed and full bathroom. brbrThe bottom floor has a pull out double bed, flat screen TV and free use of the washer and dryer. A wooden sliding door separates this room from the entrance of the house.brbrThe private dock is a 50' walk from the house. Look both ways when crossing the scenic road which provides access to the houses on the North end of the lake. The house comes equipped with a two person kayak, life jackets and paddles. Enjoy meals outside or on the screen porch, have s’mores at the fire pit, enjoy a cup of coffee and a book on the deck! We are on Antique Ally! Plenty of State Parks nearby (one is only 2 miles away), Chucksters (mini golf, aerial courses, etc), visit Concord, Portsmouth or the lakes region! Plenty to do or just enjoy lake life! brYard is fenced in with gates to the water and to the driveway. Check in afternoon 5:00 pm (self check in) and check our after 3:00 pm.brBeautiful nature on the lake includes an eagle, heron, loons, ducks, fish, frogs, etc...br2 bedrooms each have a double bed.
