It has air conditioning, large flat screen TV, outside grill and picnic table.br Its best feature, however, is its location. It sits overlooking beautiful Lake Waukewan in Meredith. It is just over a mile to the center of town with its shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking; cable and Wi-Fi.
