Little Loon Cottage on beautiful 615 acre Webster Lake! Your warm and cozy two bedroom overlooks the lake and has a kitchen and porch for you to enjoy. Lounge around your private firepit right on the lake’s edge with a long natural sandy beach to yourselves. Lots of great local hiking or scoot just across the road to the northern rail trail for hiking and biking. From the cottage, follow your pretty lakeside path (down seven steps and about 90 steps along the path to your left) to your beach. Your private waterfront has beautiful views and is very large, sandy and nicely secluded. There you will find picnic tables chairs and a grill for your outdoor plans. There are two fishing kayaks, one sit-in kayak, a paddleboat and rowboat for you to enjoy. There is a ping pong table for you to play with in the boathouse, some extra chairs and a place for you to plug in your gadgets. Additional firepit and seating just outside the cottage porch, also small wooded fishing dock and swim raft accessible through the woods. Take in the Beautiful water views from almost every room. As you enter the cottage the main floor plan is open with a 3/4 bathroom, kitchen, dining table and living room. The living room offers a day bed for sleeping. brbrHead up the steep stairs to a area with two rooms divided by a half wall and curtain. One room offers two twin beds while the other room area offers a queen size bed. Each room having windows that allow for a breeze and a view. brbrThe large yard is fantastic to enjoy some outside time, or backyard games. Roast some smores while sitting around the fire pit. Go swimming right from the house as there is a natural shoreline, that may feel a little squishy to your feet, but Webster Lake is crystal clear and so clean.
