The association beach area has beautiful mountain views toward Mt Chocorua, the Sandwich range and all the way north to Mt Washington. There are trails for hiking and mountain biking. Since East Shore Drive is a dead end road the traffic is light making for a nice place to walk, run or bike.brbrThere are plenty of nearby restaurants, stores, golf, driving range, other local attractions within minutes of the home.
