We had an amazing New Year’s Eve stay at this beautiful lakehouse! The views were absolutely stunning, and the home itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our whole family to spend quality time together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—right down to the heated toilet seats, which were such a nice surprise. The kitchen and common areas had everything we needed, and the house truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect place to ring in the new year, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is the most beautiful house for any getaway. I had a getaway with friends and our kids and it was the perfect space to relax, have kids play outside, walk the path with strollers, and enjoy each others company with rooms for everyone, comfortable beds, and everything you need for your stay. Would recommend!!

Our stay at Red Hill Lodge was perfect! The house and lawn were beautiful! The house was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the soft sand, smores by the campfire at night and beautiful views of the lake. Every bedroom was comfortable, clean, and fully stocked. We would definitely bring our family and stay again in the future!

This was our second time staying here in the summer. We stayed with a large family group. Brian’s house is amazing and he is very easy to communicate with. Everyone had a wonderful time. the kids were fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day all day long!

This property is beautifully situated on a peninsula with a great beach and large dock. The management was very easy to communicate with and made the check-in/check-out process extremely guest friendly. Great for large groups as each bedroom essentially has its own bathroom.

We were a group of 10 adults from several states (some friends, some family) celebrating a milestone birthday. Brian’s house fit the bill perfectly for our group. While we stayed during winter, we enjoyed the great views across the frozen lake and many of the great activities at the house (pool, ping pong, Nintendo) We spent much of our time cooking together and just visiting with each other. The kitchen was nicely stocked and there was the perfect amount of room for our group to dine together. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations and there was much talk of gathering here again the future!

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving at this lake house! The home was spotless upon arrival, and the fully equipped kitchen made it so easy to prepare our holiday meal. The views of Lake Winnipesaukee are simply stunning—waking up to the serene water every morning was magical. The house provided everything we needed for a cozy, memorable stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with unbeatable lakefront views!

Brian’s home is the most beautiful home we have ever rented. We had a wonderful time and kept ourselves busy by playing pool (lots of pool), playing board games, hiking and going to restaurants. One of our favorite events was just sitting outside enjoying the peaceful lake and the cool fresh air. This was in November - we (my husband, myself, our three adult kids and their spouses) can’t wait to come back when the lake is active and we can enjoy all of the activities the lake has to offer! I’m sure every season is beautiful at the lake. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with! Everything went smoothly and he responded quickly if I had a question - the perfect host! Thank you to Brian and his family for sharing their beautiful home with us and allowing our family to enjoy this wonderful experience.

Second to none

This house lived up to the pictures and description in every way. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 plus 2 overnight visitors. Although our visit was in the cooler weather so the water sports were not an option, I could see how this would be a small paradise for families with children in the summer. The location was convenient to many activities in the area which we enjoyed. Shopping was convenient, too. Brian was responsive and patient to any questions we had. Overall, a beautiful place with character on the lake. Thanks.

It was amazing, the house had everything you could imagion. As each family group walked in they were in awe of the house and property. The changing colors since it was fall were beautiful.
