Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Suissevale for 20 years. We love the beach , boat access and windy, dirt roads in the community. While this house was in a great location to the beach, I didn’t notice that it only has one bathroom. The bathroom needs a major update as the toilet was tilted. There is no garage so the trash is under the deck, which attracted bears. The home is very dark. Only one AC in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Not a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking so we are out every night. The TV is old and didn’t work but the rental agency delivered a brand new TV! Great service!If the home gets a second bathroom and does a few more renovations to the kitchen, we would come back.Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived it was evident that no cleaning had been done in thisProperty in quite some time. Everything was grimy and filmy to the touch. The bureaus had sand in the drawers. We could not use the ac with the lights or the breaker would trip. This happened several times. The cable and electric wires in the outside of the house were ripped off twice during our stay due to hangingLow over the road. This was a major inconvenience as we were unsure if there could be a fire and we lost a day waiting for the repairs to be made as the repair person had to get in the house.

Keep in mind there is only one bathroom, otherwise it was great for our needs. Very walkable to the Suissevale common area on the water, which is really nice.

Reviewer Comments: Every time we flushed - there was a very strong septic smell throughout the house. There was also ants everywhere. No ant traps in sight. One AC unit is not sufficient for the house. A bath mat would be helpful.

Kids loved it too.The only thing was the dryer. We called to get it fixed and they came but didn't fix it.
