We have internet with Spectrum two 55-inch tv's one in the Livingroom one in basement 4 other tv's are in every bedroom. All TVs are smart and flat. Our private community has a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball, playground, beaches, and clubhouse. The left side looking at the water of my dock is used by the property across the street not to sun themself or fish or swim just to board and unboard their boat only. (THEN THEY MUST LEAVE THE DOCK BECAUSE THE DOCK IS YOURS)! My 40' dock will accommodate a 25' boat of yours or less. (ENJOY!!!!)

Castle In The Clouds 4 miles away, 20 mins Meredith & Wolfeboro, 35 mins to Laconia, 45 mins North Conway, 45 mins Gunstock & Gilford.brBeach, Swimming, Hiking, Boating, Fall foliage, Skiing, Mini-golf, etc.brbrThe home has 3 cozy bedrooms each with queen beds. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. Vaulted ceiling andh skylights bring in a lot of natural light. At the home you will find everything you need to cook wonderful meals in the kitchen as well as a propane bar-b-q, and outdoor picnic area with umbrella, a fire-pit and of course a deck to relax, read a good book and perhaps enjoy some cocktails.brbrThere is an additional 2nd floor queen bed in the loft, as well as a trundle bed (2 twins, one up and one that sits closer to the floor) in 1st floor *unheated* enclosed porch, which also serves as the main entrance and mud room for the home. The unheated porch can be more private as it has a door separating it from the main home/family room. The loft and porch offers great flexibility for different sleeping arrangements or whatever you like (game night, office, reading a book, etc.). Both the loft and porch areas have a comfortable desk and are great office spaces when needed with high speed internet. Reminder, the porch is unheated so not for sleeping in the colder months.brbrReminder so no confusion: 3 private bedrooms, plus a loft and an unheated porch are the sleeping areas. A total of 4 queen beds plus 2 singles from a trundle bed. In cold weather, you will not be wanting to use the un-heated porch area with the 2 singles. So take that all into account when planning your sleeping arrangements. Guests cannot use the wood stove for safety and insurance reasons.brbrHappy to assist with any questions to make sure all guests are super comfortable. We can accommodate long stays greater than 3 weeks with an additional rental agreement and government issued photo ID’s of each guest.brbrMemorial Day thru Labor Day you will receive a special parking permit for our community members-only beach that I have to pay and register for. It allows 1 car or 1 motorcycle to park at the beach.brbr**Please be aware** our home association does not allow access to our beach for renters on “Saturdays-only” during the summer months. All other months are fine. Feel free to contact me if any concerns. Other public beaches not far.brbrAlthough our member beach is only .6 miles away, there are a few “big” hills to get there. While it is a wonderful walk, we highly recommend a car unless you enjoy vigorous hilly walks and are not carrying much. I walk to the beach frequently but most guests and people living here drive - it’s just a lot easier. There is a newly built public restroom at the beach.brbrNote that our home is not setup to accommodate infants safely. Guests may not use the inside wood stove for liability and safety concerns.brbrWe love animals, however, there are absolutely no pets allowed. And no smoking inside or anywhere on the property (e.g. the deck, lawn, etc).brbrNo central AC, but each of the 3 bedrooms has a portable AC unit available as well as a window fan for you to use as needed. And there is a ceiling fan in the main living space above the family room.brbrThere is plenty of space for cars to park and a boat/trailer at the home.brbrOur community beach area has a boat launch that you can use. States Landing is super close, also has a larger and easier boat launch as well as a very small public beach (town sticker required to park).brbrThe master bedroom walk-in closet, and the basement (except for the washer and dryer), are private and not for guests.brbr**Please be aware there is a shooting range that although not at all close to the house, echos through the community. It is not super loud and it really does not bother us at all. No concerns from many previous guests. But you will definitely hear it. Please consider that ahead of time before you decide to rent as this is not something we can control.

Welcome to Loon Calling! Enjoy the peaceful loon sounds as you relax on your extra-large dock overlooking Moultonborough Bay. The house is at the end of a quiet dead-end road with nothing but serene bird sounds and the lapping water. The view is breathtaking as you gaze up at Castle in the Clouds and mountains in the distance.brbrEnjoy the 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a fiberglass canoe on property (bring your own life vests). Launching is easy from the sandy beach which doubles as a great swim entry into the lake. Paddle to the right of the cottage into Buzzell Cove and you can usually find a mother loon with some chicks hunting for fish (beginning early July). Bring/rent your own boat and enjoy everything the lake has to offer! The house is just north of Moultonborough Bay where there is plenty of room for tubing or water skiing. Head north and keep an eye out for more loons!brbrThe home is well cared for and maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked with most anything you might need throughout your stay. The newly installed dishwasher will ensure you spend less time doing dishes and more time enjoying the lake. The open concept kitchen and breakfast bar make you feel part of the fun while cooking. Prepare your dinner on the gas grill or new flat top griddle on the porch and then enjoy it on the dock. The patio table is on a large platform at the base of the dock. By afternoon, the table is comfortably in the shade.brbrEnjoy newly mounted ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and recently upgraded light fixtures throughout. The bedrooms are in the north side of the property, and with the wood blinds, are plenty dark for a great night’s sleep. There are TVs in the primary bedroom and living room, both are equipped with Rokus. There is a new soundbar w/subwoofer that can be used to stream from your smartphone via Bluetooth.brbrEnjoy the sunrise as you sip coffee on the enclosed porch. It also makes a great reading or puzzle spot! Our beautiful, extremely clean 2400 s/f home in the private beach community of Suissevale on Lake Winnipesaukee, Moultonborough. Are you attending a fall wedding at the Caste in the Clouds We are 3 miles from there! Summer beach vacation, we are 1/2 mile to private association beach. You will not be disappointed by this home! The home is very well maintained, very clean, and the furniture is new. The private association Suissevale Beach is less than ½ mile from the home. This modern, bright and well maintained home has 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 baths. The dining room has comfortable seating for 10, plus 2 more at the bar. Central air conditioning too. Why not eat outside on the large front porch and enjoy the scenery Large front and side yard for summer games! The home has nice appliances, central air, 2 HDTV's, washer/dryer and WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining. The design of the home is perfect for 2 families sharing the space. The large master bedroom and bath is a bonus. There is a den and great room, so everyone will have space to relax after a day at the beach. The Suissevale beach is considered one of the nicest beaches on Winnipesaukee, with a very large and safe swimming area! There is a boat launch 1/2 mile from the home. The beach has a playground, picnic tables and grilling areas, just bring your charcoal. Also, the home is 200 yards from the Suissevale club house which has a playground, 2 tennis courts, basketball hoop and some blacktop for skateboards or scooters. Tenant provides linens (sheets and towels). Also, we don't use a management company to rent our home, you will deal directly with us, so we will give you excellent service and attention.
