What a beautiful house. Everything about the house was great - location, kitchen, bedrooms, living and relaxation rooms - and outside areas with games and furniture to relax in this great environment. Host (Bob) was incredibly nice, very friendly & accommodating and very available however gave us our space as well. Family wedding nearby so we had 4 generations under one roof: from 1 year old baby to great grandparents (92). Fantastic place for a visit, family reunion, or to scout out and enjoy a beautiful lake and mountain region of NH. We will definitely be back!!

Stayed at this beautiful home for a wedding trip. Very spacious and accommodating. Felt like home. Our host Bob was absolutely wonderful and so hospitable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Check in was seamless the home was very nice & just as described. There were 9 adults & 2 children. We weren't there much but there were many amenities , if we had the time.to use them. We were up for a family reunion at another location. Close proximity to Center harbor & the lake.

We completed a stay this past week at this very well appointed and extremely accommodating home. We were greeted by a welcome basket, full of goodies and a bottle of wine, and by the owner, Bob, who gave us a complete rundown of everything we needed to know about the house. It was a good thing Bob lived next door as, on our second night, we experienced three power failures due to the severe thunderstorms that rocked the area. Bob got the generators up and running in no time. This home is about 30 minutes from Meredith and five minutes from Castle in the Clouds. The entire Lake Winnipesaukee region is one of the most beautiful places to visit anywhere in the United States. Access to the lake is provided by a private beach, which is about 1200 feet from the house. Just a beautiful, restful place to visit. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had to book a place for my sons wedding. Loved that we were able to book from a Wednesday to Monday. Bob was very accommodating and the place was immaculate. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future bookings.

We enjoyed our stay in Bob’s home in Moultonborough. The house was perfect with a room on the third floor where the cousins slept. We had 5 children under the age of 8 and the nearby beach and the playground kept them busy. We would definitely rent again.

This was the perfect house for us and some of our extended family for our son's wedding at Castle in the Clouds in early July. The gathering spaces in the kitchen, living room and sun room were generous in size, comfortable and well appointed. All of the bedrooms were great and had very comfortable beds. It was a very short distance to Castle in the Clouds and a short distance in the neighborhood to the association beach. Bob was very pleasant and professional to communicate with. I highly recommend staying at his beautiful house.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect as we had a wedding at The Castle in the Clouds which is a 5 min drive. We enjoyed being shown the property by the owner and learning more about him. You will not be disappointed when you stay here.

The house was beautiful. It was spacious, immaculate, well located and perfect for our family of 12! Our 5 grandchildren range in age from 11 to 4 and they all enjoyed the beautiful private beach, which is a 3 minute drive. The parking for our 6 cars was great! Bob, the owner/host was so friendly and yet he was never intrusive. We hope to be back next summer.
