The house is intentionally uncluttered with decorated very thoughtful pieces to make your stay comfortable. One of the central decor pieces is an original 1940's Flexible Flyer four-personToboggan that was originally my father's from Dorchester MA. brbrThe house consists of three bedrooms - two with king beds and the third a bunk room with two sets of bunks. Plus an open loft with a pull-out full sofa bed. The house comfortably sleeps 8 - but can accommodate 10 with approval. There are two full bathrooms - both with spa like finishes and towels and toiletries are provided. High quality mattresses, always with protectors, as well as pillow protectors and a variety of linens to ensure your comfort. We also have a pack and play, booster seat and BPA free plates/cups/utensils for our little guests. Each room has a ceiling fan - and mini split AC for the summer and radiant heat for the winter. There is also an automatic back up generator to ensure you are never without power during your stay. brbrThere is a dining area that abuts a wood burning stove, a living room with new leather sofas to spread out and enjoy the views or watch streaming TV. A relaxing bar area with vintage leather chairs, a Vermont Castings Gas Stove, built in wine fridge as well as a collection of bar glasses to match your favorite drinks. brThere is a four season sunroom with wicker camp furniture where you can relax with your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the views. brbrThe kitchen offers a Wolf Gas Stove with four burners, center grill and heating lamps. Everything you'll need in the kitchen - Crate & Barrel glass & serving, Bosch dishwasher, Viking pans, electric griddle, electric kettle, Keurig, Air Fryer, Coffee Maker plus we keep on hand basic cooking spices and needs (such as coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap, etc). brbrOutside you'll enjoy the panoramic mountain views and INCREDIBLE sunsets. There are six Adirondack chairs and an oversized fire pit that you can enjoy all year round. The neighborhood is situated on top of Walker Hill with views of nearby Moore Reservoir. The roads leading to the house are well maintained and the driveway is flat - so winter guests won't have to worry about dirt roads or steep inclines. When you are at the house you'll feel like you are the only people around - but just 9 minutes to downtown Littleton with great breweries, restaurants, shops and cinema. Best yet- the location; 5 min to Moore Reservoir, 9 min to downtown Littleton, 22 min to Cannon Mountain, Bretton Woods Mountain, Flume Gorge, The Basin. brbrWe are new to VRBO (but have been a Superhost on another site with our Cape Cod property for over 5 years now so we are not new to hosting). The house itself has never been rented before so we are looking for guests who will respect our home as if it were their own. There is also a pretty river walk downtown. We even have a ski hill in town and of course larger ski areas are also available nearby.brThe apartment is the only rental unit on the property. It offers one bedroom with a beautiful antique full bed with lace canopy and super comfortable mattress and pillows as well as a blow up twin mattress. The bathroom is a tub/shower combination. We provide linens and there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The apartment has three mini-split units for heating and cooling as well as a heated floor in the bathroom .There are no stairs to enter the unit and no stairs in the unit, it is all completely one level, perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs. We have plenty of parking for those who have trailered equipment. brThis unit is in our detached post and beam garage with beautiful exposed beams throughout the apartment. We live on the property in our log home. We will give you as much privacy as you need.
