Gather around the large dining table, seating six, and enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and waterfront, just steps away from the cottage. Private parking is conveniently located to the right of the property, with ample space for multiple vehicles.brbrJust across the street you'll find a beautiful fenced-in private beach, providing a safe and peaceful retreat for both guests and their pets. Shared exclusively with the neighboring hosts, this tranquil spot has everything you need to relax and unwind by the water. The sandy beach slopes gradually into the water for the first 50 feet, and drops off to almost 30 feet deep at the swim raft. Guests will find a private dock, fire pit, swim raft, picnic table with umbrella, and five kayaks for their enjoyment. Have your own boat The public boat launch is also within walking distance of the cottage. brbrAvid fisherman Don't forget your fishpoles! Loon Pond is known as an excellent bass fishery, providing anglers with large mouth bass over 6 pounds!brbrWinter time: Loon pond is a popular ice fishing spot, known for large schools of white perch. The ice is typically safe at the end of January or early February, and we leave the gate to the beach open all winter for the local snowmobile club to use to access the lake. The snowmobile trail can be accessed directly from the driveway!brbrThings to note: brbrThe fire pit is subject to local regulations, which can include statewide fire bans during drought conditions. Come for the weekend and enjoy a show at the Bank of NH Pavilion, a race at NH Motor Speadway, or a lake cruise on the Mt Washington out of Weirs Beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our open concept camp is great for relaxing as well as having coffee on the three season porch with limited views of the pond. The full kitchen includes a microwave and electric stove.
